We will definitely book again!
Pros:

We loved the position,right into the beach perfect to watch su rise and snorkel and see turtles! We saw at least 2-3 turtles everyday of our stay,walking distance from north west side of the island to watch sunset.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better and more varied. Fruit was amazing but a bigger selection would have been welcomed. We did not like the Lombok coffee sorry.

Chillen und Schnorcheln im Paradies :)
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt. Vom Hotel eigenen Strand kann man 10 Meter schwimmen und mit Schildkröten Schnorcheln. Wenn man ein ein bisschen weiter rausschwimmt hat man ein wunderschönes Riff mit Tausenden von Fischen praktisch für sich alleine. Man befindet sich im Norden von Gili Air, weshalb man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss an der Westküste ist und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann. Der Service ist hervorragend und alle Angestellten sind extem nett. Das Restaurant war gut, insbesondere der frische Fisch am Abend. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, gerade auch da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top ist.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Bungalows, welche ein bisschen dunkel und nicht die allerschönsten sind, dies ist aber Geschmackssache und hat uns nicht wirklich gestört.

Un pur coup de cœur !
Pros:

Meilleur hôtel de Gili Air ! Vous pouvez plonger tous les matins juste devant l’hôtel pour nager avec les tortues. Les logements sont trop mignons. La piscine vue mer, avec le bar, parfaite pour se détendre. Gros coup de cœur pour l’équipe qui est adorable et aux petits soins. Deuxième séjour là-bas. Quand on reviendra ce sera de nouveau notre point de chute !

Gili Air is one of the most magical places to visit and Sany Beach is worth the stay
Pros:

It was a memorable stay, close to the beach. The breakfast was great. Loved how easy it was just to walk to the water's edge, snorkel and see turtles. They even arranged bike rentals for us.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. If I have to mention something, I can say that the grass area in front of the bungalows hasn't been cut in a while.

Un paradiso gestito da ragazzi gentilissimi
Pros:

Direttamente sulla spiaggia con un la barriera corallina e le tartarughe proprio di fronte. Ci arriva la strada battuta. Clima accogliente e sicurezza totale( lasciavamo la stanza aperta)

Pros:

Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, viele Schildkröten gesehen. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Essen war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten übers Hotel einen Transport nach Sengiggi angefragt. Es hieß insgesamt 400 IDR für alles ( wir hatten es zu zweit beide so gehört und verstanden). Als das Boot da war und wir los wollten, hieß es mit einmal 400 IDR für das Boot und nochmal 400 IDR für die Fahrt in Lombok. Also 800 IDR. Das war aus unser Sicht so vorher nie vereinbart gewesen und auch im Verhältnis deutlich teurer als der Standard. Das war für uns eine unschöne Situation. Ansonsten war alles andere top.

The addition charge bothered me a lot. There are many other places to stay so I won’t return.
Pros:

Location was okay as it is right next to the beach, although the better sandy beaches are 100m further down the coast. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was large.

Cons:

The main issue experienced was when the staff tried to add their 3% charge which is added to foreign debit or credit cards. My wife is Indonesia and wanted to use the local domestic bank BCA but the staff were adamant that the 3% addition should still be added. For reference, no other bar or restaurant on the whole island added an addition cost for using the BCA card - and we visited many!

Pros:

UBICACION PERFECTA, ESTAS DESAYUNANDO Y VES LAS TORTUGAS ASOMANDO LA CABEZA. PISCINA Y DESAYUNO CORRECTO BASICO. EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE Y DISPUESTO A AYUDARTE EN TODO.

It was a good stay, however we would stay closer to the center next time.
Pros:

The location is right next to the beach with many sea turtles which was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. Lovely to sit out by the water in the mornings.

Cons:

The room was quite outdated and smaller than expected. The soft sand at the front of the location made it difficult to ride bikes and carry luggage through, we weren't expecting this and it made getting around on bikes more difficult than anticipated.

Pros:

Ottima posizione proprio di fronte al mare (e alle tartarughe) e a pochi passi da tanti ristoranti e negozietti. Staff molto gentile. L'estetica della struttura in generale era molto graziosa.

Cons:

Appena arrivate abbiamo trovato la tenda del letto con feci di geco (fresche e vecchie), oltre ad essere comunque estremamente sporca e macchiata dappertutto. Nonostante lo abbiamo segnalato, e lo staff abbia prontamente rimosso le feci, la tenda non è stata cambiata ed abbiamo quindi dovuto dormire con la tenda sporca che ci si appoggiava addosso.
In generale la stanza era abbastanza sporca, c'erano ragnatele e polvere ovunque sulle pareti, in bagno e sotto il letto.
Ovviamente il problema non è il geco ma la scarsa pulizia; siamo persone abituate ad alloggiare in strutture anche di scarsa fascia, ma l'igiene è sempre garantita.
Lo staff è comunque stato molto reattivo nel supportarci in ogni esigenza, seppure in maniera a nostro avviso superficiale.
In ultimo, come già segnalato in altre recensioni, non c'era nulla su cui appendere i vestiti, né un armadio né dei banali ganci. In un posto in cui l'umidità non permette agli indumenti di asciugarsi all'aperto, avere modo di farli asciugare all'interno è fondamentale.

Op een lange reis van twee maanden in Indonesië, is een weekje chillen op Gili Air heerlijk.
Pros:

De locatie is zeer prettig. De bungalow is zalig. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Het eten en de cocktails zijn heerlijk.

Cons:

Alles was zeer oké. Enkel minpuntje is het ontbreken van een kleine koelkast. .
