Praktische Lage, enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für uns der Einzige Pluspunkt. Es liegt sehr zentral und ein Supermarkt sowie eine Tankstelle befinden sich direkt nebenan, was sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

Aber dennoch war unser Aufenthalt nur mittelmäßig. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich hört. Das hat die Erholung erheblich beeinträchtigt.
Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer Beanstandung. Trotz Hinweisen hat sich das Personal nicht ernsthaft um das Problem gekümmert oder eine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten.
Auch das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Für den verlangten Preis ist die Auswahl und Qualität nicht angemessen. Wir würden stattdessen empfehlen, in einem der umliegenden Cafés zu frühstücken.
Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nicht unseren Erwartungen. Schade, denn mit besserem Service und mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Anliegen der Gäste hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.

Pros:

War schon vorige Woche dort. Immer wieder super, hier stimmt einfach alles.
Dieses Mal bin ich mit Arbeitskollegen hier, denen ich das Hotel empfohlen habe, die auch sehr zufrieden waren.
