Easy check in and nice clerks. Great price as well. The coffee was good. Location was perfect for what i was needing. Was able to get back and forth easily.
Breakfast wasn't that good. Juice machine didn't work and the biscuits were hard. Wish there was more of a selection. Rooms need to be updated.
Addressed our 2 issues immediately
No bar by toilet in handicapped bathroom
It was centrally located. Friendly staff.
Under staffed. Floors in room were filthy. Everything else was clean. Staff had difficulty keeping the breakfast area stocked. Had no extra coffee for room.
Air conditioner did not work
When leaving there were feces near the staircase by the exit door. There are a lot of homeless in the area and I noticed that the side door was propped open with a rock. Very unsafe.
We had a TV and a maintenance issue and staff came immediately to take care of

Location
There was poop on the walls in the bathroom and the floors where dirty. The manager said he would take off the 1st night and did not. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself with supplies I bought myself. Gross
Staff was friendly and it was in a good location
Pool and hot tub were murky. Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, mini shampoo bottles half used and no soap, bed was not comfy, air conditioner made a lot of noise. A lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. Drug addicts up screaming and fighting all night. Smelled of smoke and weed inside the halls.
The continental breakfast was great but crowded to get into. The space was small.
The pool was disgusting! It's in the basement! No windows, very hot, smell of chemicals, no clean towels. The water was cloudy, dirty and cold.
The staff was nice. Good location.

When looking for a hotel to stay in, this hotel looked like it had decent reviews. Don’t listen to them.
Walking into the room, it smelt like cigarettes. We had to go to the store to get a spray to help with the smell.
Room wasn’t vacuumed. Crumbs everywhere - walked around the room with the shoes on, even in the shower. Hair in the shower and grout at the shower door was full of goop.
AC was loud enough to keep us up at night, sounded like there was a storm outside and thrashing. Not a huge problem but it kept the smell down so we had to keep it on.
Someone’s trailer was taking up 3 spots in the hotel parking lot. Looked like the lived there. Hard to find a spot.
Puke and dog poop on the side of the hotel walk way.
Staff were nice
It seemed like a homeless shelter and I would not take kids there again.
