La habitación, adecuada para estar 5 amigas juntas y muy limpia.

Tuvimos problemas en el pago, se realizó el pagó pero nos comunicaron que no lo recibieron y a pocos días recibí reembolso que no entiendo porque. Tuve que contactar con ellos para que me facilitaran alguna forma de pago para no quedar como una morosa. Me facilitaron una factura para realizar una transferencia y lo pagué. A pocos días recibo un correo de Booking avisando que tengo hasta una fecha para volver a pagar cuando ya estaba pagado. No supimos si todo este lío que nos generó fue por parte de Booking o de ellos. Tampoco pudimos encontrar una manera de contactar con Booking por teléfono para solucionarlo antes de irnos. En fin...al final se solucionó yendo una segunda vez al alojamiento e intentar explicar el problema. En fin, algo lioso cuando en 4 alojamientos más no he tenido ningún problema de pago tanto en Estonia como en Letonia. Por otro lado, hubo un problema en comunicación. Supuestamente incluía desayuno. Pedimos, y nos ofrecieron desayunos grandes que al final tuvimos que pagar y no nos informaron de los desayunos pequeños que supuestamente estaban incluidos. También hubo un mal entendido, al pedir leche sin lactosa, en vez de eso nos sirvieron un desayuno grande más (avena con frutas).
