Breakfast was absolutely rubbish
Room clean & modern. Free good quality WiFi. Personal fob and separate door for exit / entry at will. Free, ample parking. Friendly staff. Check out at noon is fantastic. Staff don’t mind you working quietly in a corner of the restaurant.
The stairs & corridors could do with some love and gave an off-putting, musty smell.

Carvery wasn’t great
friendly staff very polite nice and clean the only thing was the iron was not good but it did not affect my stay , im going again soon hopefully with them again.
Just iron didnt work but that was not a big problem at all.
Clean & food was good
We booked an accessible room by mistake, but for anyone with mobility issues the insult would be a struggle for them to sit comfortably on the toilet because the sink is far to close to the toilet seat & the toilet roll holder is to far behind so you have to turn around to get paper
