Location a walking distance from a good shopping center with many restaurants to choose from.
Nice helpful reception staff. Shower with good pressure and nice how water, though the door is too tight and I struggled to get into the shower. Ones in there it was well worth the effort.
The room set up is not nice. The bed is practically in the kitchen, toilet door opens straight next to teh stove in the kitchen. Have stayed in other units of this block with better set up.
The cupboards are all too high. Glasses, pots etc on the top shelves way above the stove. I could not access the glasses kept in the top most shelve, simply used one cup that I reached. Though they have a security lockable box, I culd not reach it as in the uppermost shelve even while standing on the chair couldnt.. I am a normal height person - 160cm. A total disappointment all because of the set up I could not enjoy the amenities which were present in the room. Please note that this is unique to this unit. The owner would do well to rearrange the things to be user friendly

There were cockroaches in my room. I did report it to the hotel reception but they were not interested as this is a private apartment. needless to say I had to sleep 2 nights along side cock rockes running in the bathroom and kitchen unit. SUPER CRAP

It is utterly absurd to suggest that WE somehow “cut” the cord of a bedside lamp. Why on earth would we do such a thing? We are two middle‑aged women attending an event, accustomed to staying in 5‑star establishments, and “cutting a cord” is not even remotely aligned with who we are.
The establishment may not have liked our feedback, but it was given honestly, truthfully, and we both stand behind it 100%. Use it or don’t—that’s entirely your choice. What is not acceptable is shifting blame onto the client. Accusing a Tier 3 Genius Booking.com guest of vandalism is not only insulting, it is a reckless and short‑sighted business practice.
I will not tolerate being falsely accused of damaging property.

On the day of arrival the apartment was not ready but the host managed to sort it out without inconveniencing me.
The property was quiet and met our expectations. The staff were very helpful and clearly explained the parking and access. The layout is easy to navigate, from reception to the rooms and parking. There are also a few places to eat and a mall within a minute’s walk, making it very accessible. We also really enjoyed the coffee station, it was a great touch.
Nothing really, if anything, I just didn’t like that my stay was so short, haha.
