Great Value, Good Location, Clean, comfortable and decent breakfast
Pros:

Good location for what i needed>
Good Breakfast
Local Pub / food was ok
Friendly staff
Clean & comfortable rooms and social space
Plenty of available parking

Cons:

Noise from a drunken idiot who tried checking in at this holiday inn but was booked in at the other local holiday inn.
Staff dealt with him patiently and admirably

Pros:

Colazione continentale con bevande calde, fredde e abbastanza varia. Letto comodo e posizione un po' periferica ma con ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Largo parcheggio fronte hotel.

Cons:

Per qualche motivo, in camera non funzionava l'aria condizionata, ma funzionava nella hall. Alla reception ci hanno dato un ventilatore che ha mitigato il problema.

This was a fabulous overnight stay on our way up North with easy access from the motorway. The staff were very friendly

Poor service on this occasion
Pros:

Been quite a few times and usually good

Cons:

Air con was rubbish, they have changed controllers but no instructions on how to adjust and wouldnt turn off either, so was pumping out warm air. Couldn't set below 22.5'c which is not what you want when the temp outside is 30'c plus.
Told hotel staff but other than say they are sorry, nothing offered.
Pretty poor when your paying over £100 for a room.
Sorry but on this occasion, very poor service.
