Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und die Poollandschaft wunderbar.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung ist nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Es ist etwas zu teuer.

-chambres pas nettoyées 2 jours sur 3
-personnel pas formé et pas au niveau
Ils tentent de justifier cela par un evenement exterieur qui prenaient toutes leurs ressources, mais ils n avaient qu à anticiper et allouer les ressources necessaires.

Very nice stay to be definitely recommended
Pros:

The resort is really really nice with, Sardinia flair. Already the arrival is really nice thru the property. The whole property is very privat, calm and the swimming pools are amazing. The breakfast is as well served in the vicinity of pools with amazing view. The rooms are nicely essentially furnished. I really love comfy bed ( very hard to find in Sardinia) and very quite , well functioning aircon. We felt very privat in our room. The whole place is very nicely lit during the night.

Cons:

The interiors is nice but would use bit off maintenance. ( small things, like toilet paper holder is moving etc). I was missing the hand shower - hard for me not to wash all hais every time. We encounter some small issues in communication with stuff. But it was very well handled by director.

Great resort in Porto Cervo
Pros:

Alisia at the front desk was great. Wonderful resort. Everything about the hotel is fantastic from the Food to the facilities to the pool. Really enjoyed my stay.

I wouldn’t recommend or return.
Pros:

The view was nice.

Cons:

Poorly ventilated room. Smelled damp. Fridge made noise all night. Bedroom was cold in the spring time.

Posizione strategica, ambiente molto accogliente, gentilezza del personale, camere spaziose e vista magnifica

Cons:

La colazione sarebbe potuta essere un po più abbondante, tuttavia la signora è stata gentilissima e la vista nei tavolini all’esterno era magnifica

Magnifico soggiorno tra la natura e la qualità
Pros:

La struttura è tutta totalmente curata: dal parcheggio ben organizzato alla zona ristorante, al bar e soprattutto la zona piscina.
Colazione ampia e variegata.
Staff eccezionale, sempre pronto ad aiutare.

The worst hotel and service I’ve ever seen they tried steal our money by extra charge in our credit card! All the room was flooding by water. They didn’t wanna change our room.!
