the smell and water issue in the bathroom was a major issue

Cons:

the bathroom had a poor odor like backup. I ask to investigate after 1st night and no one addressed the issue thus slept with poor odor again. water also backed up in the shower

Pros:

В номері чисто ,є послуга раннього заїзду за додаткову плату , що дуже зручно

Cons:

Перебували в готелі майже 4 дні , ні разу не змінили полотенця та не було прибирання в кімнаті
Ще один мінус це подача в ресторані домашньої сметани , не всі можуть їсти домашню, так як вона специфічна , про це не попереджають

Чисто, непоганий сніданок за окрему плату, приємний персонал, адекватна ціна, гарне місце розташування неподалік замку.

Cons:

Незручний матрац, в номері вночі було чутно невеликий шум, скоріше за все в трубах, але через це не змогли нормально виспатись. Не вистачає лопатки для взуття. Телевізор не працював, або не змогли розібратись.
Вцілому непогано, але є що покращувати)

Pros:

Дуже чудово, що багато власних паркомісць. Також було холодно на вулиці і ми були приємно здивовані, коли виявили теплі батареї (кінець квітня). Чудовий м'який матрац
