Krásný a vkusně postavený a zařízený hotel. Pokoje jsou velmi prostorné a s výhledem na zahradu.

Cons:

Snad bych jen přivítal více soukromí např. polopropustné okno, neboť celou jednu stěnu pokoje tvoří obrovské francouzské okno. Na zahradě se však pohybují personál hotelu a ostatní hosté, takže pocit soukromí není dokonalý.

Trotz der kleinen Strompanne super entspannter Kurzurlaub. Wir würden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Lage mit perfektem Ausblick auf Gebirge und Ort. Halbpension perfekt, sehr gute Küche. Essen hatte gute Qualität. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Tolle Badelandschaft, zwar klein aber sauber und mit tollem Außenschwimmteich.

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, was nur über Treppen erreichbar war. Schlechter Zugang mit Koffer, nichts für gehbehinderte Menschen. Außerdem ist Rezeption nur bis 20 Uhr erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Abend ab 20.30 Uhr keinen Strom mehr, konnten keinen Service mehr antreffen und erst am nächsten Tag ab 8.00 Uhr wieder welchen bekommen. Da ging's sehr zeitig im Dunkeln ins Bett.

Vše bylo naprosto skvělé. Pobyt doporučuji. Jídlo výborné. Wellness paráda a relax. Pokoj s krásným výhledem.
V restauraci jsme měli stůl s číslem pokoje🙂Všude bylo krásně čisto. Slečna na recepci a personál v restauraci hodnotím na jedničku s hvězdičkou🙂

Úžasný hotel s užasným personálem, vynikající kuchyní a wellnes. Slovy nejde ani popsat. SUPER!!!

Úžasný hotel a wellnes na krásném místě. Vstřícný, usměvavý a ochotný personál, vynikající kuchyně, velký a pohodlný pokoj. Nádherná terasa s vyhledem na hrad. Kdyby byla možnost udělit , dala bych naši spokojenost na 1000 %. Určitě se v budoucnu vrátíme. Moc děkujeme a vřele doporučuji!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit exzellenten Essen u Wellness

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, modern und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war super nett, Konversation auf Englisch absolut kein Problem, hat bestens funktioniert. Der Wellnessbereich ist top. Das Hallenbad war eine Schau, perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Das Essen war sehr fein. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform. Sehr abwechslungsreich, frischen Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch, Nachspeisen und jeden Tag Fisch. Vegetarier hätten auch sehr leckere Dinge zum Essen gefunden. Für Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten gab es gute Angebote.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Megaaussicht auf das Schloss und das Isergebirge, sehr gross und geräumig. . Zimmer sehr sauber. Bad mit schöner großer Dusche.

Architektonické ztvárnění a to především interiéru pokoje.

Tak určitě bych doporučil lépe proškolený a především profesně odborný personál na restauraci....(to neznamená, že se nesnažil). Možná se podívat na kvalitu nabízených vín/sektů o proti prodejní ceně.....
Kuřáci jsou vyhnáni na handbu do garáže-velmi nedůstojné...., že se nenajde pro kuřáky ani kousek na obrovské terase u restaurace...

Wir würden wieder kommen und das Hotel auch weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Essen war super. Es war für jeden was dabei und doch nicht zu viel am buffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Wellnessbereuch war super.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir noch einen Spielplatz auf dem Hotel Gelände für die Kinder gewünscht.

Pros:

Líbilo se nám úplně vše! Skvělá poloha s výhledem na zámek. Výborné snídaně, večeře i jídlo v restauraci. Čisté zázemí wellness části, příjemné koupání v biotopu. Co se týče personálu: velmi ochotná a příjemná recepční, obsluha v restauraci, pokojské i pan správce, který se staral o biotop a wellness byli na profesionální úrovni. Rádi se vrátíme a budeme doporučovat dál.
