Rigtig fint overnatningssted.
Pros:

Super beliggenhed. Blev opgraderet til fjordudsigt på 10. etage 😊
Parkering lige ved siden af hotellet. Betaling, men ikke så dyrt som forventet.

Cons:

Der var for mange krydstogtturister i byen.

Pros:

Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Fjord.
Frühstück war gut und solide

Cons:

Kein Hotelparkplatz vorhanden, Begrüßung an der Rezeption war nicht herzlich, kein Zimmerservice, Zimmer abgewohnt und Renovierungsbedürftig.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien mais cela fait profiter l’hôtelier à valoriser ses chambres à un tarif très élev

Chambre vieillissante
Une vieille baignoire dans la salle de bain
Une literie usagée, on sent les ressorts en dormant…
et très grave au niveau sécurité : Des prises électriques où des étincelles apparaissent quand on branche un chargeur de téléphone… Cela n’est pas très rassurant quand on est au 10ème étage de l’hôtel

Excellent stay, and highly recommend - just for the breakfast alone!
Pros:

Great location with amazing views down the fjord. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was incredible

Cons:

Is right in the thick of things and could be a little noisy (not in the room, but in the hotel in general)

Good place, staff seemed demotivated

Arrived late, 9 pm.. we did a reservation for dinner and checked in quickly .. they told us kitchen was closed even though we really just wanted anything to eat. Then we heard the staff they they are going to eat dinner.

We stayed two nights, they didn’t clean our room or change the towels.

Horrible. Don't even look at this place until they renovate and get managers/supervisors that care.
Pros:

View. The night manager who was helpful and a staff member who was helpful as well but she was quitting coz she hated the people and the hotel. That's it.

Cons:

The manager/supervisor Peteo was very very rude. The rooms where like u were not a ship. Horrible. Smelling. Hotel is OLD. Bathroom was stinking.
Breakfast horrible.
Just from the time we entered it was weird.
It was my wife's birthday so they did assist in decorating the room which they charged and did a haphazard job.
Horrible.
We were able to get credit for the second day so we checked out and went to Hotel Union. Amazing stay.
Please dont even bother with this Hotel.

Good centrally located hotel in Flam, but expensive for what you get

The view. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.

No parking. Too expensive. For that price, I would expect more. Big groups at the hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick zum Geirangerfjord. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Essen und Service Im Restaurant waren tipptopp.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum und Gemeinschafts Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Small, cramped room, but they serve a very good breakfast; municipal parking situation is terrible!

This is not the hotel's fault, but maybe they could have warned us, or given us some tips on how to be sure to avoid being ticketed for parking near the hotel...even though we paid for parking!!!
