Please note much of the castle is still privately owned. Unfortunately not all facilities are accessible to the public.

The Michelin-star Werners restaurant is open between 18:30 and 22:00 from Wednesdays to Sundays. On Sundays it is also open between 12:30 and 14:00.

Please note that between January and March each year, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast is available every morning, but no other meals are available.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.
Pros:

Het gebouw en het uitzicht. Erg schoon en goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Het eten was wat minder lekker. Dat het restaurant om 20.00 sloot verbaasde ons ook.

Das ganze Schloss ist ein Juwel. Denke das Beste was es in der Umgebung gibt. Die Aussicht auf's Tal ist grandios. Bin sehr glücklich, dass ich diese Erfahrung im Schloss Eberstein machen durfte. Danke!

Cons:

Eine Flasche Mineral auf dem Tisch als Willkommensgeste habe ich vermisst.

היו הרבה תקלות בענין החדרים
התייחסות הקבלה לתקלות היתה לא מקצועית ולא נעימה ולא מכבדת התקלות לא תוקנו והיחס היה לא נעים ולא מכבד
היו בעיות במזגן היו בעיות בצנרת רעשים בשניהם ומיתלה לא מתאים לברז הבטיחו להעביר אותנו לחדר עם מזגן ועברנו לחדר ללא עד ששוב התלוננו

Ein schönes Erlebnis
Pros:

Das Frühstück war top, wirklich toll. Das Zimmer ebenso, die Klimatisierung im heissen Sommer sehr gut. Und auf der Burgterasse zu speisen mit Blick ins Tal - wunderbar!

Cons:

Man sollte wissen, daß der Donnerstag offenbar immer der Grilltag ist (all-you-can-eat) und man nicht á la carte bestellen kann, für Vegetarier ist das ungünstig.

Small Hotel with superb views, great location and great food.
Pros:

The location is awesome, wonderful view. Restaurant also has the superb view, so in the warmer months you can sit outside and have the view over the valley, with vineyards. We had the fish fondue and it was awesome. The Hotel is small, not so many rooms, very quite. We had a view into the courtyard. The rooms are nice and big. Bathroom very big.

The room was exelent

Cons:

The problem is the restaurant Schloss Schanke, some of the meals (chicken)was not avaible and in my choise (Badisches hirschragout) the Meat was so dry that I could not chew it, the additional was some kind of pasta without taste. .
Al in all a fairly negative experience. You need to Care more about the menu, etc.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Les chambres ne correspondent pas au descriptif des chambres sur Booking. Dans les 2 chambres 14 et 16, les télévisions ne fonctionnent pas. La personne de la réception ne savait pas pourquoi et n'a pas cherché à résoudre le problème. Literie très moyenne. 1 seul oreiller par personne très très mou et plat. Pas de système pour écouter de la musique comme indiqué dans la réservation. Dans une chambre (14) baignoire "balneo " mal entretenue et surtout sans bouchon donc impossible de prendre un bain. Dans la chambre 16 douche avec buses bouchées et pommeau de douche au plafond qui innonde le sol de la salle de bain. Lumière du plafonnier dans l'entrée de la chambre non fonctionnelle. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles

Der kurze Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist ein kleines Hotel. Achtung bei der Zimmerlage

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die traumhafte Lage des Schlosses und die Ruhe,sowie die kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse ins Tal ist atemberaubend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im 1. OG direkt über der Küche, und um 6:00 Uhr war die Nacht herum, da der Betrieb für das
Frühstückbuffet mit Geschirr u.v.m. sehr laut war. Beim aus checken teilte ich dieses mit, es wurde ignoriert, kein Kommentar,
weder ein bedauern oder Entschuldigung. Das hat mich für so ein Haus irritiert. Schade!!!!
