Pros:

Excellent stay in all aspects....but the staff and attention to details stand out.
One of the best properties I have stayed in.

Cons:

The freshness of the food could have been better. Ordered Mixed Fried Rice on day 2 in the room. Felt sick after eating it. Ingredients did not feel fresh.
Overall food could have been better.

Cons:

We had booked ocean facing room but they had the view covered by tent for a marriage ceremony which ruined our plans. They shouldn't keep bookings if they can't deliver suitable rooms due to marriage or other functions.

Cons:

We booked 3 different rooms and family room was exceptional and we didn’t get nice sea view rooms . Atleast one room out of 2 should be allowed in upper floor.
