Der Name bürgt nicht immer für Qualität
Pros:

Die Küche war wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt abgewohnt. Schnelle, kleinere Reparaturen werden offenbar nicht durchgeführt (z.B. fehlende Handtuchhalter, loser Duschkopf, Garderobenbank durchgebrochen).

Wir waren dort im Sommer, die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge.
Dadurch war es im Zimmer sehr warm und ab 5 Uhr taghell.
Kühlschrank/Minibar oder Zimmersafe waren nicht vorhanden

Das Servicepersonal agierte insgesamt lustlos, überfordert und wirkte "angelernt" - einzig eine Kellnerin war ehrlich bemüht.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war mikrig. Wurst, Käse und Lachs (!) lagen bei morgendlichen bereits über 30° C ungekühlt im unklimatisierten Schankraum, lediglich ein Ventilator verscheuchte die Fliegen.

Insgesamt konnte uns dieses Hotel, das immerhin einen großen Namen trägt, nicht überzeugen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum Ort der Sommernachtsgala einmalig

Cons:

WLAN ausgefallen, Fernsehgerät nicht einschaltbar, kein Föhn, Schloss der Zimmertür ließ sich nur mit Service öffnen, der meinte, man müsste mit Schlüssel "ruckeln".

Entäuschend, Preis/Leistung war nicht zutreffend
Pros:

Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren in Ordnung, auch die Nähe zur Veranstaltung war okay.

Cons:

Das Hauptproblem war, dass keine Klimanlage im Zimmer vorhanden war, es war stickig, gefühlte 30°C und unmöglich zu schlafen. Es hat auch niemand das Zimmer gelüftet oder nicht einmal gefragt wie wir uns gefühlt haben.
