Absolutely top draw, what a wonderful hotel.

Made a real effort when they knew it was my birthday. The room was brilliant with unbelievable views.

As for the free late night food offering, wow 😊

Não gostei do facto de no hotel nao haver um unico elemento que dominasse lingua comunicante como Ingles. Devo dizer tambem que no dia do Check In, fui confrontado com suposto problema no terminal de pagamento automatico dizendo que nao permetia o pagamento digital e que teria que apresentar um cartão fisico e foi o que fiz, unica vez que usei o meu cartão fisico em toda a minha viagem, sendo que, depois do meu regresso, fizeram transações indevidas com esse mesmo cartão... clonaram nos o cartão...

Aus meinem Safe wurde Geld entwendet. Das Hotelmanagement war nicht hilfsbereit. Man gab mir nicht einmal die Namen der Verantwortlichen Manager. Eine Anzeige ist erstattet. Verfahren läuft. Achten Sie bitte dringend auf Ihre Wertgegenstände, im SAFE!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο,καλό σε μέγεθος
Είχε καλό στρώμα και σκεπάσματα

Cons:

Το φως στο δωμάτιο ήταν ελάχιστο σε σημείο που σε κουράζει για να ντυθείς. Είχε πολλούς διακόπτες και έγραφε στα κινέζικα αρα πατούσες έναν ένα για να βρεις το σωστό φως .Δεν είχε καφε να φτιάξεις παρα μόνο τσάι.Ειχαν προβλημα με το νερό ακόμη και όταν το έβαζες στο κρύο το νερό ήταν πάντα ζεστό. Ξεκίνησα να κάνω ντους και το νερό ήταν υπερβολικά ζεστό, το γύρισα τέρμα στο κρύο και μετά από ένα τέταρτο έγινε υποφερτό. Άλλαξα δωμάτιο μετά απο 2 ημέρες αλλά πάλι το ίδιο θέμα απλα ήταν καλύτερα.. Το προσωπικό ήταν απλα ηλιθιο και μιλούσε μόνο κινέζικα, ακόμη και όταν χρησιμοποιήσα μεταφραστή πάλι αργούσαν να καταλάβουν.το πρωινό ήταν χάλια, η αίθουσα μέσα στην βρωμιά, κινεζίλα στο έπακρο, δεν υπήρχε καμία υγιεινή.τα παιδάκια περναν τοα φρούτα με τα χέρια τους ,τα πετούσαν κατω,τα ποτήρια το ξεπλεναν στο χέρι.εμεινα 9 ημέρες και τις τελευταίες έπαθα διάρροια παρα πολύ δυνατή έχω γυρίσει Ελλάδα και ακόμη ταλαιπωρούμε

Very nice hotel, best location in the “city centre”
Pros:

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, location perfect around restaurants and close the river where you can have a nice walk, location is the key of this hotel.

Cons:

Some guests smoke in the room, which is quite normal in China but still hotel has to prevent this. We had to open the windows for 3 nights to get the smell away.
