Excelente hospedagem! A equipe de atendimento foi atenciosa, educada e prestativa. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, assim como as áreas comuns.
As instalações do hotel são muito bem cuidadas, com ambientes arejados e limpos, proporcionando uma estadia bastante confortável.

Não houve algo que tenha impactado minha experiência.

Cons:

O quarto está muito mal conservado. Apesar do anúncio dizer que o Check-in é às 14h, só podemos acessar o quarto às 16h.

Cons:

Não poder utilizar o serviço de transporte mesmo pagando. Isso facilitaria muito já que utilizei de outra hospedagem que me permitiu a utilização gratuita do aeroporto para o hotel e no trajeto de volta pude agendar mediante pagamento.

Pros:

Excelente localização, perto da zona norte de São Paulo.
Quarto excelente, amplo e aconchegante. Muitos cobertores e travesseiros. Banheiro ótimo, com água bem quente.
Há opção de café da manhã, pago à parte. Na recepção há uma pequena loja para comprar água, cerveja, refrigerante, comida e itens de primeira necessidade.
É a segunda vez que fico e vou continuar indo.

Localização boa. Custo benefício excelente para quem precisa se hospedar perto de Guarulhos.

Cons:

Prédio antigo, falta um pouco de manutenção. O ar condicionado estava com muita sujeira e as toalhas com um cheiro forte (limpas, mas provavelmente muito tempo guardadas).
