According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Staff muito atencioso, hotel imponente, silencioso e bem localizado, quarto espaçoso e limpo, chuveiro muito bom, cama relativamente grande, café da manhã farto e diverso.
O papel acabou, e até o momento do checkout, não foi reposto. Mas foi o único entrevero.
Excelente relación calidad-precio. Todo el personal del hotel muy atentos y amables. El servicio de transfer del aeropuerto al hotel es gratuito y sale de la terminal 2, es un colectivo mediano. Era el único esperando a las 22 hs (el último) y vinieron. La habitación es amplia con aire acondicionado, sillón, camas cómodas y almohadas, TV, espejo, secador, frigobar. Buena salida de agua caliente en la ducha. La distribución del hotel me pareció original y cómoda: la recepción, restaurant, lounge, baños en planta baja y todos los dormitorios distribuidos circularmente a partir del primero piso. En el último hay pileta con buena temperatura de agua y sauna. Me dejaron quedar 2 horas más en la habitación porque había disponibilidad por ende por ese buen gesto fui a almorzar al restaurant y la verdad es que no me arrepiento, recomiendo optar por el servicio de buffet que podés servirte las veces que quieras tanto comida como bebida por un precio razonable. La seguridad también es importante ingresas a la habitación con tarjeta, por dentro tiene una traba tipo de llave y otra traba de cadena, además de caja fuerte. Estuve en otros hoteles como el pullman y el monreale pero por ahora me quedo con este por los servicios, la relación precio-calidad y la amabilidad del personal. Seguramente vuelva a reservar más adelante.
No hay bidet pero tienen la manguera que en la habitación 360 está pinchada por un costado.
El café de máquina esta bien pero podría ser mejor, el resto todo ok.
O transfer ajuda, o café da manhã é bem completo.
Tinham 3 elevadores, porém apenas 1 funcionando, no fluxo de saída para o aeroporto com mala de rodinha ficou alto fluxo e não era possível usar a escada por estar em andar alto, poderia facilitar também a identificação do transfer no Aeroporto, foto do veículo, informação de horário previsto.
Café da manhã completo e farto; piscina como destaque e limpeza dos quartos.
