Cons:

Forte cheiro de suor na colcha da cama e nos travesseiros. Solicitei à recepção que nos fornecessem outros travesseiros em razão do mau cheiro daqueles que haviam no quarto, mas me foram fornecidos outros com igual mau cheiro. Os travesseiros precisam ser trocados, já estão vencidos!

Hospedagem atendeu muito bem a finalidade que pretendíamos

Para a nossa pretensão, a localização foi a ideal, pois queríamos passar apenas a noite próximo do aeroporto. Além disso, o hotel dispõe de transfer gratuito do aeroporto para o hotel. A equipe também foi muito receptiva e educada. Tivemos que trocar de quarto na chegada, pois o primeiro fornecido estava com cheiro forte de cigarro e eles entenderam e alteraram a reserva com rapidez.

Cons:

Na chegada, o quarto reservado estava com muito cheiro de cigarro. Mas, gostamos que, ao pedir para trocar, fizeram com rapidez e sem questionar. Informaram ainda que não disponibilizam quartos para fumantes, mas, então, tem que haver uma fiscalização maior no momento do checkout e até estabelecer o pagamento de uma multa caso o hóspede descumpra.

Superou minhas expectativas
Pros:

O hotel tem muitas comodidades. Não utilizei todas, devido a curta estadia. Mesmo assim estou muito satisfeita. Restaurante Santos Dumont com serviço de café, almoço e janta (importante dizer que apenas o café estava incluso na minha reserva, mas eu poderia pagar o consumo das demais refeições). Gostei da decoração temática do hotel e espaço de convivênciano térreo. Lounge com café e drinks. Bela escadaria no hall de entrada. 3 elevadores sendo 1 elevador panorâmico. Quarto e banheiro amplos e limpos. Boa mobília. Espelho no quarto amplo que permite a visualização da vestimenta e calçado. Toalhas de banho feitas com material de qualidade e em ótimo estado de conservação. Serviço de transfer.

Cons:

Possíveis pontos de melhoria: Poderia haver mais tomadas no quarto. Sinal Wi-fi.
