Fabulous stay in atmospheric old hotel
Pros:

Lovely old hotel, staff were super helpful and even left us a bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversary. Excellent location, I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The bin men emptied the bins on the street at 4.30am but that's not the hotels fault.

Room was spacious and very clean, and water pleasingly hot for a bath

Cons:

Slight problem with noise in street outside until 11am as various containers were loaded and unloaded, but probably only a factor of the room I happened to be in.

Fabulous friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bonus was the caberet bar in the hotel which we didn't know was there - it was great fun!

Cons:

Rooms very spaced out but it is a large hotel - next time we'll ask to be placed closer.
