Pros:

Location is good but drive carefully because road is narrow and stipp, parking available only for 4 cars, please contact property before coming.

Cons:

Narrow road, my car got scratched while crossing with a bus in Narrow road, and it's not safe.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Very bad experience. They didn't provide ac, while we had said many times. Bed was full of bed bugs. Room was full of mosquitos, big insects and houseflies. We couldn't sleep whole night. Staff behaviour was very rude. Food was too spicy. They didn't even provided the breakfast also.

Cons:

Food and breakfast options were not available except kerala style cooking. Hence, we did not have food in the hotel. Few options with north indian and south indian food would be great to have with kids and family.

The location was not very clean, there was no water in few of the rooms. Also, there was no guide to explain how to get hot water further. In the morning there was no one to attend our queries when we called the number which was available in the property. There was no one to pick the phone. Further, few local dogs made of mess in front of the hotel. Overall, this day was pathetic and could not suggest anyone to book this hotel

Bad room condition
Pros:

A restaurant attached to hotel and a coffee shop just outside hotel. That coffe shop is nice

Cons:

Very dirty bathroom. Closet not cleaned. Tap seems never washed ever since opening, such dirty . Drainage has no cover. Cupboard has no hangers. From door entrance to room the wall has lot of broken tiles. Even telephone cord was not connected to phone and was hanging it's cable to down.The picture of room and what is real are entirely different. Also after giving the ID card ( Aadhar card pic) the reception staff insist I have to write the address in their register. I said I have given you the ID with full address and it is reception staff duty to fill their guest register. But he keep as asked me to write. May be he is illiterate?? Appoint someone who can write English then.
