There was no early check in facility I booked and trusted this hotel for my family and also spoken to the person there and the day 4 am I called the person he was asking 3X charges of actual booking amount. The authorities ditched even without knowing how a person in different city could feel or go through along with family and kids.

Nothing good about the hotel

Cons:

Was denied accommodation .. staff was very rude and also used profanity.. Room was given to other guests although I informed them that i will check in late.. the person in that reception threatened to hit us when we made video of the conversation.. the hotel is run by thugs... Jever ever book it for a family stay..

Hotel management has not changed the bedsheets and not clean the room and toilet during my three days stay. TV was also not running. Intercom not working.

I stayed there three days. Hotel doesn't change the bedsheet and not clean the bathroom as well as not clean the room. The hotel management no deployed the sweeper to take the garbage from dustbin placed in the room which gives bad smell. After so many calls and personaly complaints the action doesn't taken by hotel. Also TV was not running simply places in the room as a showpiece
