Pros:

Had a really comfortable stay in the apartment above the pub. Really clean and had everything you need plus Dog Friendly x. Enjoyed the small terrace to sit out with a glass of wine. Netflix a nice bonus too x

The location was beautiful,staff was very pleasant helpful.

Cons:

The room was very cold,not enough tea sugar milk had to keep asking for more,couldn’t lock door from inside had to put a chair against the door.

The lay out was brilliant ,modern and spacious

Cons:

The only few down side points was there was no tea towel or oven glove in the kitchen.
Oven had stuff on bottom so when switched on and to temperature it was very smoky when you opened the oven door
So had to be scrubbed before we could use it

Excellent rooms, excellent staff
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at the Masons Arms and couldn't fault the experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities that made the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, and well equipped.
A special thanks to Gary, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. He was friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The facilities are excellent, including the pub and local area. Everything was spotless and clearly well looked after.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and high-quality hotel with a touch of village life on the side.
