Close to the ferry
Amazing hotel close to the quay with amazing views over the islands. Fantastic cooked breakfasts with excellent vegetarian choices.
Breakfast could have started earlier, although I was provided with a breakfast bag (when I had early starts), this bag was uninspiring (especially given the high quality of the regular breakfast). There was also no lift, which difficult for anyone with mobility issues, and luggage movement.
Some members of staff were very good but not all.
Very good position and nice outside space
Some staff were miserable. Hard to get bags up into the bedrooms and no offer of help.
The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. The bar and lounge areas are great places to hang out at any time of day and the breakfast options are perfect.

Fabulous location with superb views from the restaurant, lounge and terrace. Breakfast and dinner menu choices were excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bathrobes, biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch. Breakfast / dinner & bar staff were all very attentive and friendly as were the cleaning staff.
We were offered either 8am or 9am for breakfast during our stay as the 8.30am slot was apparently full. We chose 8am but it felt a little unusual and restrictive to be given a set time. Some Reception staff were not as friendly or welcoming as they could have been.

Von der Terasse des Hotels hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass viele Gäste dort sitzen können.
Das Hotel ist vom Boot aus nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Ein früher Check-In war kein Problem. Es gibt einen Raum, wo man bei Abreise sein Gepäck hinstellen kann, so dass man bis zur Abfahrt des Bootes noch entspannt über die Insel gehen kann.
Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und sehr stickig in den Fluren. Es wird gerade renoviert.

Ein Jahr vorher buchen, 11 Monate vorher bezahlen… ca.300 € / Nacht. Man bekommt dann ein mini kleines Zimmer, nach hinten mit Blick auf eine Mauer…statt dem erhofften Seaview … Die Managerin war auch nicht besonders freundlich
Lovely welcoming hotel in a fabulous location. Generous gifts and special touches for our 30th wedding anniversary.
Refreshments well stocked and refilled everyday. Location very good. Greeting at reception very good and helpful. Carried heavy bags when no lifts. View from veranda was stunning bar facilities good but wine by the bottle a little pricey.
One of ours party’s toilet was loud and stained. Could do with being replaced.

Room was very small, no wardrobe, shelves or drawers to unpack into. No space for cases. Window was broken and very noisy because of wind that side. Toilet did not flush, leak in sink outflow pipe.

Wish we had been able to choose a sea view, our brick wall wasn’t quite the same ! When booking we hadn’t realised that the hotel was still ‘out of season’ so no bar or restaurant facilities, however delicious continental breakfast.
