Room. Service needs to be improved overall stay was ok

Location of the hotel, Staff good response.

Cons:

Rooms allotted had very dim and low lights,
no towels were provided,
weak air conditioning was very much uncomfortable and concerned during these hot days in Hyderabad.
Glass Facade side curtains were shabby and were not as per the required size
The bathroom comode was almost broken
Hand wash is so big that reaching to wash hands is a nightmare.
Cockroaches were seen here and der which needs fumigation.

Horrible and disgusting stay
Pros:

Worst and so bad and very very poor services and useless .

Lousy food but most expensive restaurant . Paid for complimentary breakfast but they bring from opposite roadside shop and limited item .

Worst experience at Hyderabad . Never recommend to any one
