Pros:

The staff is good and polite and helpful. The location appears to be close to Kacheguda station. Room was decent

Cons:

Kacheguda station appears near but is not walkable and with luggage, no normal taxi is available because every hatch back and sedan in Hyderabad is fitted with CNG cylinder. The distance to the railway station is around 1.5 kms and taxi charges 150 to 200/-. It was very noisy outside on the night we checked into the hotel.

Every portion of property looks maintained, the steps, lobby, and rooms. Bed cleaned, bathroom mop fresh, towel folded neatly. Staff asked politely about checkout convenience. Positive attitude noticeable all around.

Hotel is not for Families. There was batchelore music, party in near room. Girls screeming in the night in other rooms. Hotel is only good for boys. Not for respectful families.

Cons:

It's not at all clean, there's beeda stains which was spit can be seen everywhere.
The room that I got was not at all clean, bathroom tap is leaking.
The door is very poor that the peep hole (door hole which is used to see who's outside the door) is empty that anyone outside can easily see you while you're inside. It felt like where's the privacy???
You don't feel comfortable if you're going as couple.
Bed sheet and pillows are dirty that I got some reddish manu pimples like in my chest.

Room location and the room interior and whole building

Cons:

But cleanliness is very bad and seems kike the room is not at all cleaned after last use as we found so much litter all over the room including hairs

The toilet commode was very much ugly and didn't clean even after we informed, The lift is not working we had so much luggage and they gave the 3rd floor.
