Not feel good ..it is very very bad.

Hi ,

that day we are fully disappointed dut to we are booking large bed but at the arrived he is giving another single beds room . it is not comfortable for staying due to iam travelling of 16 hours from Madurai to Hyderabad that time iam not satisficed.value of money not worth . iam first time visited 2023 that time iam expectation very high .. now we are very very disappointed. Sitara Hotels this type of service we can't see .....

This hotel was previously well managed. My recent stay was not so great. Would not recommend.

The hotel was at prime location. Easily accessible.

Cons:

The F&B staff were rude and not responsive. Brought the wrong order and were not taking responsibility to bring the correct order. Instead argued at large saying that we placed the wrong food order. There were cockroaches in the room and there was a foul smell in the room and corridor. However, the lobby area was clean
