What is there to like about this? The hotel said it has no tie-up with Booking.com and refused to honour my online booking, forcing me to pay extra.

Location of the Hotel.
Location is close to miyapur
The staffs are friendly and help you out for everything
Rooms are shabby and not well maintained.
Washrooms are not in good condition
Lifts weren't working 1/2 day
I was here a few years ago , and few things were better, but over the years, they have not been maintaining this property well enough.
That being said, I won't recommend this property until the management does more renovations and fix things
When reached hotel they said they don't collaborate with Booking.com anymore and that there was no booking in my name. I was stranded at 11 pm.
Breakfast joke ,nothing that exists in the first place.
See there are lot of flaws,it is just simply shit.Anything you ask early check in extra 500,booked a classic triple room which also apparently one bed just 2 pillow,not even a extra bed,asked extra pillow and blanket extra money.
Not even worth ,no 24/ 7 hot water.They were acted as if we are stoopidssss.You will get nothing,not even a cup of tea.
