Worst in life. Cement and dust everywhere.
Pros:

Apart from location nothing else is to talk about

Cons:

Construction is on while they are renting out. Rooms were covered with dust. Has not been cleaned for weeks if not months. Tobacco stains on corners of the rooms. Spider webs on the hangers; water flows through toilet all the time .. list is long

Cons:

It was dirty. Constructions was going on the entire building dust everywhere inside the flat. Water leakage in the washrooms. I booked 2BHK but they gave me 3BHK flat saying it was all full. I stayed there because I had no other options. Towel and bed spreads were smelling like shit. Nothing about the property was good.

could be better, would not recommend for a family. For bachelors, they can survive.
Pros:

Location is nearer to hyderabd VAC and US consulate general

Cons:

Cleanliness is worst, except 2 bed room, there is nothing else is maintained correctly. Kitchen being used as a store room which is not professional. Food-wise, ordered milk and coffee, milk got spoiled and they did charge despite my complaint.
