Location was key for us as we had to board an early morning plane. less than 10 minutes away from our car return and airport.
No doubt the property and Location were ideal. Nature was absolute Scotland, and the staff did their job. What would have made this exceptional property even better would’ve been if the staff enjoyed there job-I felt as if they were a bit annoyed no matter how pleasant we were.
Repas excellent merci à la cuisine. Chambre confortable, calme, propre. Emplacement pratique 10min airport, magnifique parc. Personnel serviable. sympathique, compétent.
The dining room service was very good.
The room was dirty!! The sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty and the upholstery on the room's chair was dirty.

Friendly welcome. Traditional and modern areas to the hotel, both well maintained. We had an accessible room because we wanted a twin rather than a double. This was very spacious with a balcony overlooking a field and a large horse chestnut tree and it was very pleasant to sit in comfy armchairs with the balcony doors open and relax with the view. We enjoyed a half-hour walk through the woods and fields.
Loved the complementary gym and spa facilities and had a fantastic head neck and shoulder massage (additional cost).
Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and we were glad we had booked in advance. Breakfast the next day was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. We sat outside in the sun with our coffees before checking out which was lovely to be able to do.
The location is nice but you are close to the airport.
Something should be done to improve the 'pond' outside the pool area.
We were woken early by a makeup artist coming to the wrong room!
Location, pleasant and staff
The room we got was right beside the laundry storage and we had a dog so our dog was unsettled with the noise so barked. We would have been better at a different room.

Near the airport, but still feels rural. Sheep, trees, grassy hills and pretty views. Rooms were very nice and well equipped.
So many things, include an upcharge like use of the pool and spa. Or breakfast.

The food was excellent, and the pool/hot tub/sauna were nice, and included at no extra charge
Our room had no hot water. I showered at the spa, but my daughter took a cold shower in the room. We were only staying the one night. I told the reception desk about the problem in the morning, and only received a 'sorry', but no discount on the stay. Hot water is expected at a fine hotel.
