Ausreichend Platz für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Wir hatten ausreichend Platz zu 4. Es war sauber. Die Damen beim Frühstück war freundlich( hatten sonst leinen Personalkontakt)

Cons:

Die Fenster gingen in einen „Innenhof“ mit lauter Klimaanlagen- Fenster öffnen war also unmöglich, da es laut war und gestunken hat. Die auf Booking angekündigte AC hat nicht funktioniert es war also Ende August gut warm im Zimmer. Frühstück war für 250 Euro Pro Nacht nur durchschnittlich und der Kaffee für österreichische Verhältnisse ungenießbar.

El check in se hace en una máquina en la entrada del hotel, sin personal, y fue dificil encontrar la combinación de nombre y apellidos de la reserva para poder hacerlo.

Non ho ricevuto mai delle istruzioni per come approcciarmi all'hotel ne per via e_mail ne con sms , arrivato sul posto non sapevo come entrare in hotel nessun supporto nessuna persona presente , per pura fortuna una signora mentre usciva dall'hotel mi ha fatto entrare ma non sapevo cosa fare , dopo un po mi è venuto incontro un signore che cercava di spiegarmi come fare il check in ma non capivo una mazza dopo circa 10 minuti di tentativo me ne vado incazzato senza prendere possesso dell'alloggio data l'incopatibilita del signore che mi era venuto incontro . Scandaloso come quasi sempre su Booking .com . Consiglierei di verificare la qualità dei vostri venditori che spesso non sono all'altezza degli ospiti

La posizione a ridosso del centro, la gentilezza della ragazza alla colazione e la dimensione della stanza

Cons:

La vasca da bagno col vetro semovente non si può vedere nel 2026! Una persona anziana come fa? Non è sicura,assolutamente no. Poi i bicchieri di plastica,anche se riutilizzabili, nel bagno: no alla plastica. E ultimo, info sbagliate al self check in. Totalmente da migliorare la procedura!

Präpotenter Ferienlager Charme (Hinweise, was man alles nicht darf … als Geschäftsreisender), kein Badetuch im Zimmer (!), kaputter Abfluss, völlig überteuertes Frühstück.
