Innsbruck hotel stay
Pros:

The hotel is quite conveniently located for the old part of Innsbruck

Cons:

We booked a room with air conditioning at extra cost, for a stay in May. The a/c didn't work, and we were told it is not turned on until June - despite the a/c option appearing on booking.com.
We needed to open windows for ventilation, and the road outside and people were very noisy.
