Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber wenn ich wieder nach Innsbruck reise, würde ich mich für ein anderes Hotel

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4‑Sterne‑Hotel erwartet. Es wirkte sehr ungemütlich, die Betten rutschten auseinander und die Sauberkeit war zwar in Ordnung, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück – schon am zweiten Tag sind wir deshalb auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Schockiert hat uns der Aufpreis von 35 € pro Nacht für ein klimatisiertes Zimmer. Insgesamt haben wir für zwei Nächte 362 € bezahlt, was für die gebotene Leistung deutlich zu hoch war.

Trotzdem möchte ich positiv hervorheben, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell war und dass wir eine Welcome‑Karte bekommen haben, was ebenfalls positiv war.

Me gustó pero cuando llegamos no estaba nuestra reserva, estuvimos dos horas ahí y luego nos cobraron aparte en el hotel más lo de booking

Bei einem Besuch in Innsbruck unsere erste Wahl. Parkplatz am Hotel oder 100m entfernt.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt hat uns nun schon mehrfach in diese Hotel geführt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Nettes Hotel mit Überraschungen

Altes, gediegenes Hotel mit nettem und zuvorkommenden Personal.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag stand plötzlich, ohne zu klopfen ein älterer Herr im Zimmer. Er hatte offensichtlich einen Zentralschlüssel, erschrack, mich im Zimmer zu sehen, meinte nur kurz "Zimmerkontrolle" und verschwand fluchtartig wieder. Ich frage mich, wonach er wohl gesucht hat?
