Molto carino!
Pros:

Posizione centrale,camera ampia ben arredata.
Bagno con doccia enorme bellissima.
Colazione varia e abbondante
Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Non c'era posto per l'auto nel loro parcheggio( comunque caro,20 euro al giorno) pertanto abbiamo dovuto metterla in uno esterno più economico ma più lontano.

Pros:

Le personnel était efficace et attentionné. La proximité de la gare centrale était un avantage certain pour un séjour consacré aux excursions, et il y avait aussi beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. Tout était en état neuf. Le petit déjeuner avait tout ce qu’il fallait. La vue sur cour offrait un silence agréable.

Cons:

À l’intérieur de la chambre, il fallait monter deux marches par accéder aux espaces de rangement, où se trouvait aussi la porte de la chambre.

Sfeervol en een geweldige locatie
Pros:

Het was een sfeervol en schoon hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en er was veel keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet. De locatie is erg goed gezien dat het midden in de stad ligt en restaurants en winkels binnen steenworp afstand zijn te bezoeken.

Cons:

De overnachtingen waren tijdens een hitte golf. Dit terwijl de kamer niet voorzien was van een airconditioning. Nu is het begrijpelijk dat het niet aanwezig was, maar er was ook geen ventilator aanwezig. Dit werd ook niet aangeboden, terwijl de kamer rond de 30 graden in de nacht was.

Entspannter zwei Tages Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Zimmer und freundlichen Menschen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, obere Etagen fast über den Dächern der Stadt mit Blick auf die Bergzüge. Weiterhin ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und top Personal mit Lust und Freundlichkeit

Brilliant staff. Clean rooms and excellent location
Pros:

Alex- the check inn staff was exceptionally helpful. He saw I was checking in late with 2 kids, rain falling and I had a car to get rid off same evening. He made everything possible by offering me their garage for short span soo I could sort my room, dinner and kids. Even the check out lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Es ist eine sehr ordentliche Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Innsbruck.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Unser Zimmer war originell auf zwei Ebenen gestaltet- für uns war das kein Problem, könnte es aber bei älteren Personen oder Personen mit einer Gehbeeinträchtigung sein.
Wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend kostenlos im Hotel deponieren. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels stehen kostenlose öffentliche Motorrad Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Bad mit Toilette war nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Bett getrennt- also wenig Privatsphäre.
Eine Übernachtung dort ist verhältnismäßig teuer.
