I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Innsbruck.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great and the location near the old town and train station was wonderful.

Cons:

That I didn't book a second night!

Pros:

Great location, amazing breakfast. Note - you need to pay extra for air conditioned rooms, on the top floors much needed when staying in June heatwave. Factor that in if coming in summer, not all rooms have air con.

Lovely hotel in innsbuck
Pros:

Good location 5 mins from station walking distance of old town.
Friendly efficient staff on reception and in the breakfast room.
Nice room in 'garden' area. Good bathroom.
Nice piano room

Cons:

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room.
