Schöne Lage aber das Zimmer hätte schöner sein können.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, direkte lage in der City

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber die Wände waren schon abgenutzt. Im bad lagen Haare, der putz oder Tapete viel schon von der Wand. Die klima war nicht sauber. Man musste Geld bezahlen damit das Gepäck vor check in aufbewahrt wird.

The location is great, and the staff is very helpful. During the summer, the air conditioning makes a real difference, keeping the room comfortable and allowing us to relax after a day out.

Good value for money hostel
Pros:

Beds comfy, staff friendly and good facilities.

Cons:

You need to put your card in to turn the lights on which doesn’t really work in a hostel environment. Many times I would be in the shower room and all lights turn off as someone else had left the room and taken their card with them.

Wonderful, would come again.
Pros:

The room was really clean, and even though it was directly next to elevator, it was quite soundproof and really calm.

Cons:

Free parking in Innsbruck is impossible. We found a parking place kinda close for 8€s a day, which was okay. But in general, thats a bit complicated but also not sth the hotel can possibly change.

Not good value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, ok room.

Cons:

They charge way too much for basically a family room turned into a hostel room. Apart from the bunk bed there are two single beds very close to each other so it’s basically like sleeping together with a complete stranger.
They also charge extra for storing your luggage.

一到這個旅館會覺得其實他的整個設備是很好的，環境明亮 、座椅舒服 、公共廚房也很棒；如果你是朋友一起來旅行一定會覺得是一個無敵棒的旅館。但是我住宿的是青年旅館的概念 ，房間會有來自各個地方不同的人；房間所有的供電需要插上房卡 ，但是大家都來自不同的地方，如果你要出去時就一定要把自己的房卡拔走，不然你到時進不到你的房間

最後是那位中國籍的櫃檯小姐，都已經給你台灣護照了，還寫我是中國人，你的專業到底在哪裡呢？
