Lovely few days in Inverness
Pros:

Room was lovely, they upgraded us to a larger room as we were staying for a few days, which was a nice gesture. All of the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely lovely people. Great location 20 minute walk into centre was ideal for us

Cons:

The garden needed a tidy up, lots of cigarette ends everywhere and a little tired. Otherwise all good

Pros:

There were signs of improvements since a previous stay, staff seem to be more confident and attentive. From there outside at least the hotel was looking better. There was a lot of flags and bunting around the hotel and inside the sports bar owing to the Football World Cup 2026.
Evening meal was very good. Enjoyed some drinks at the bar. All reasonably priced.
Breakfast was available early and a discount was offered to book the night before.

Cons:

The ensuite needs attention. Peeling paint, dirty silicone/peeling silicone. No safety suction mats in shower over bath. No safety rail/grab rail to prevent slip and fall. Hand soap dispenser was broken. Bath plug chain broken. The bedroom itself was otherwise satisfactory.

En realidad no nos gustó.

Cons:

La calefacción no funcionaba. Tomamos prestado un radiador eléctrico. El edificio lo van reparando por partes, al menos da esa impresión. La bañera estaba muy alta y era un poco problemático salir de ella. La ubicación no era buena. Está un poco alejado del centro.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Podobało nam się, że na miejscu można zjeść śniadanie jak i obiad (smacznie!) i jest też pub. Mimo takiego sąsiedztwa w pokoju bardzo cicho. Przyjechaliśmy samochodem więc doceniliśmy spory darmowy parking dla gości. Personel niezwykle pomocny, uprzejmy, potrafią też świetnie doradzić w sprawie wyboru whisky :D pokój był duży i wygodny. Wyposażenie nie najnowsze, ale nie oczekiwaliśmy Wersalu. Darmowe wifi działa sprawnie.

Cons:

Jedyny mały minus to łazienka i system grzania wody - trzeba włączyć odpowiedni sprzęt, ale też nie jest to szczególnie trudne.

Perhehuoneessa oli hyvin tilaa liikkumiseen ja tavaroille. Rakennus on hauskan mallinen. Henkilökunta auttoi meidät huoneeseen asti ja kantoi matkalaukkunikin.

Très bon séjour à Inverness
Pros:

Nous avons eu une chambre très confortable, les petits déjeuners sont très bons, les repas aussi et l'accueil est formidable.
On nous a offert une boisson à notre arrivée ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons choisi de l'Iron Bru, boisson typiquement écossaise.
Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe et j'espère à bientôt.
