Pros:

Location was good, 10 minute walk to centre of town.
Staff were friendly.
Pub was good.

Cons:

Bed was too hard for me. It was OK for my husband though.

Cons:

Worn out, lint in the radiator, stains on the carpet, dirt or rust in the electric kettle, far from the centre, no view. Just book somewhere else.
There was a leak on the day we arrived and some water lines were off, so we couldn't flush the toilet, and the boiler was disregulated so the water in the shower was either scorching hot or cold. Problems were fixed later on but it was really frustrating after a long trip to Inverness.
As there was no refrigerator in the room we asked the guy from the night shift to store a small paper bag which contained 2 packaged cups of yoghurt and 2 packaged sandwiches in the bar refrigerator, which he kindly did. However the lady of the morning shift told us we should get our things because there was danger of contamination, which meant they just didn't want to help us.

Good spot in Inverness
Pros:

Very friendly staff who looked after our bikes well. Excelleng showers once I worked how to turn them on. Would be good to either put in rails or non slip mat in the bath.

Cons:

The place is a bit of a rabbit warren but it has a lovely feel. Woild be a good spot to base yourself in Inverness.

No sleep due to uncomfortable bed and traffic/train noise. Carpet in room v dirty.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Hotel needs a refurb or deep clean. Shabby and no attention to detail. Located on a main road therefore very noisy.
