We were welcomed and made to feel at home from the minute we arrived. After checking in we were shown our room and to our surprise we were given a free room upgrade. The room was both spacious and more importantly, spotless with very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was excellent, good WIFI and shower. There were plenty of lights and power outlets and the work bench was well used. Both the manager and staff went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. Onward travel and sightseeing was also arranged through the hotel and went very smoothly. Management and staff were a wealth of information. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyed in the room. Lunch and evening meals with a variety of choices were also prepared for us and again both the freshness and meals were thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is in a great location, near shops, restaurants and many other sightseeing locations with the fort entrance being a 2 minute walk away. (The fort is beautiful and a must see sight and its free) ATM is also close by but we felt it was easier getting a Tuk Tuk.
Wish we could have stayed longer as its a home away from home....Highly Recommended Establishment.

This is an amazing place to stay near the centre of Jaisalmer, close to the fort entrance with lots of restaurants nearby. The airconditioning and comfy beds were much needed after a long day in the sun, and the included breakfasts were delicious. Chimmy and Lala were very accommodating and went above and beyond with helping us out. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area.

Hotel był dobrze położony, niedaleko fortu Jaisalmer, ładne pokoje, czysta pościel, ciepła woda w łazience. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę pokoju. Fajna restauracja na dachu z widokiem na fort. Ludzie z hotelu wysłali po nas darmową taksówkę, a w drodze powrotnej załatwili nam taksówkę na dworzec kolejowy.

Shanti Home is a charming, family-run hotel located close to the Fort Gate. It’s very budget-friendly but still offers thoughtful touches, like a freshly prepared breakfast served on the rooftop.

The owners are exceptionally welcoming. The brothers, Chimmy and Lala, shared local tips and even helped us arrange an authentic dessert tour, which we highly recommend. Also make sure to not miss the small art gallery in the basement, featuring works by local Rajasthan artists.

Also, we had dinner at the hotel on our evening here: it was delicious, made to order using only fresh ingredients.

We booked last minute, as another property had canceled our booking, and we were very late to arrive. The host and chef were incredibly kind and waited for us. Food was very good and the terrace was a great space to lounge in. The hotel is also located just around the corner from the entrance to the Fort, so it's in great location.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal au pied du fort ce qui permet d'être plus au calme tout en étant juste à côté des principaux lieux d'intérêts. L'hôtel est très propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour être à l'aise dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très complet et fourni. Tout le personnel était très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons fait une visite du fort avec l'un des propriétaires de l'hôtel et une excursion d'une nuit dans le désert organisée aussi avec l'hôtel, ces deux activités étaient vraiment parfaites. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander Shanti Home.

Un magnifique endroit où s'installer à Jaisalmer. Nous avons eu une chambre magnifique. Nous étions à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de la forteresse. Tout le monde a été absolument adorable, avec un très grand sens de l'hospitalité. Une adresse que nous recommandons à 100%!

El hotel es bonito, la habitación era super amplia, la cama cómoda y la ubicación era buena. Está a menos de 5 mins caminando del fuerte. El personal fue muy amable, también nos ayudaron con la organización de toures que queríamos hacer en Jaisalmer. El hotel tiene restaurante, la comida es rica y el menú es variado. Tiene un rooftop con una vista muy bonita al fuerte. La verdad muy recomendado.

Without a doubt Chimmy and his brother Lala really know what customer service is about. I wasn’t feeling great when we arrived and they couldn’t do enough to help me. Chimmy even bought me a hot water bottle to assist with my muscle spasms. Our room was large, bright and clean, perfect for a quiet few days. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated their care.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rooms was spacious and very clean with a large balcony. The views from terrace is amazing. We loved it.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Jaisalmer. The location is perfect-right in the heart of city, making it easy to explore all the near by attractions on foot.
The property is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious , spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed that made for a restful sleep.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with smile. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
If you are looking for a clean, centrally located hotel with charm and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend this place!
