Pros:

公共空間環境舒適，房間大小對應品牌及價格合理。
戶外很舒適漂亮，只可惜入住期間都在下雨，無法坐在外面。
蜻蜓之湯很大，不會擁擠，很舒適。
村民食堂餐食價格友善好吃。
整個村內有接駁車很方便。

Cons:

晚上的爆米花很難吃，可能吃到很尾巴的，油味很重、吃起來塑膠感很重。
蜻蜓之湯要另外收費。
希望BEB5也可以提供腳踏車租借。
BEB5沒有車站的免費接駁車，但也希望有付費的接駁車。

新しいホテルの形が新鮮で楽しい
Pros:

施設内は明るく清潔で、自由な空間。スタッフも明るくて、できるだけ要望に応えてくれようとする姿勢が伝わって居心地が良かった。若者向きではあると思うが、十分楽しめたし満足。また利用したい。

Cons:

私は近くにあるトンボの湯を利用し、最高だったが、友人は部屋のお風呂を利用した。お風呂の足ふきマットを浴室の外に出さなければならないので、上がるとベッドルームから丸見えになるのが嫌だと言っていた。あと、ホテルからハルニレテラスまで徒歩５分だが、夜は道が暗すぎて怖い。ホテルからシャトルバスが出ているので、女性だけなら夜はシャトルバスで行けるレストランに行くか、持込にした方が良いと思う。

景色がとてもきれいで癒されました。

Cons:

シャンプー、トリートメントを使用した時、トリートメントがギシギシしてビックリしました。何かの洗剤と間違えて入れてあったのでは？と思います。
