Iam so happy the place is so clean and well maintained and especially I want mention the staff was so welcoming. I would like mention there name Siwan lama and Aman Pandit they are so kind and helpful

Only some minor things. My room had a little more noise because it was close to the restaurants outdoor sink. No elevator. Hard pillows. But overall everything was good.

nothing is good, television not working, Wi-Fi so bad, even infornt the bathroom also no mattress and also no hot water. whole night there was a sound on the air cooler. most important hotel staff also not helpful.
