Great staff, decent hotel
Pros:

Staff are very friendly & helpful. We stayed for 1 night before heading to Chitwan for 3 days and then returning to the hotel - they were able to store our luggage for us whilst we were away, which was really helpful!

Great staff & location, slightly rough around the edges but worth what you pay
Pros:

Staff are great - they are so friendly and helpful, they really made our stay at the hotel enjoyable. Location is very good - lots of good restaurants around and street is quiet overnight. Breakfast pancakes were great!

Cons:

The hotel is a little run down/rough around the edges. They were running a breakfast menu rather than buffet whilst we were there, it takes about 30-40 mins (depending on what you order), but it was good food. They didn’t service the rooms and then on the last day we realised it seems that you have to ask if you want the rooms serviced.
I think hotel stay is worth the amount you pay for it overall.

Familiäres Hotel mitten im Zentrum.
Pros:

Wir waren in den 3 Wochen Nepalurlaub 3 Mal Kunde. Zu Beginn, zwischen den Treks und zum Abschluss. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie halfen uns mit allen Anliegen (Busfahrten, Taxis, Infos). Wir durften während unseren Wanderungen umsonst die überflüssigen Dinge einlagern. Das war wirklich super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das WLAN schnell und das Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Auch die Lage war sehr ruhig aber zentral.
Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen.

Pros:

Tutto. La struttura è tenuta molto bene, le stanze sono molto ampie e pulite. Lo staff è ECCEZIONALE, dal primo all'ultimo, tutti coloro che ci lavorano sono simpatici e accoglienti e soprattutto ti sorridevano con gli occhi, TUTTI.
Li porterò tutti nel cuore, soggiorno FANTASTICO.

Hope Nepal is getting better and better!
Pros:

There’s a lift. Very convenient with big suitcase. Breakfast has 5 options to choose from. Staff are friendly. Location is great!

Cons:

Room could be cleaner, especially towels can be replaced with new ones. Therefore I didn’t shower because I forgot to bring my own ones.

Pros:

Everything was perfect!
The staff is so friendly and nice, always smiling and willing to help. All of them are great !
The room and the public areas were always clean. The breakfast and the overall dinner options are delicious, very well-cooked.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but it can be noisy outside (it’s close to a few nightclubs).

位置非常便利，在泰米尔市区的一条巷子里，闹中取静，步行去加德满都杜巴广场只有1公里，酒店旁边就有一个非常好吃的本地餐厅，前台员工很耐心帮我解决更改订单日期的问题

房间热水不是全天都非常热，只能早上洗澡
