Truly, a rugged rustic, Swiss Mountain chalet hotel if you like roughing it it just wasn’t for us due to all our traveli
Pros:

The staff was nice. They had drinks & snacks available 24/7 for charge. On the water. Staff is friendly the waitress at dinner, however, had a big communication gap, but the gal who checked us in as long as we could find her try to help us as much as possible. We did book a separate room for our adult children, which helped with the space and she gave me some cold meds because I had a very bad cold. She was very kind and thoughtful. She suggested a very expensive captain boat rental to take a tour on the lake. It was worth every penny to get out of the heat.

Cons:

The location. The lack of “how to get here”. The regular large ferry schedule & the small taxi ferry which dock. We had to walk with luggage in the heat after a full day on the train 1.6 miles!
Since Switzerland was in a heat wave, there’s NO A/C but no screens on windows! We had to leave the windows open to get cooler air, but that meant we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. One room faced the hills swarms mosquitoes would come in.
The restaurant does not have lunch hours. One morning we missed breakfast then we had a walk a mile and a half down to a restaurant and Stansstad.
This hotel lacks amenities and you can feel like you’re stranded. On our way out, we managed to call an Uber, which was great. That’s the only convenient part.
The room we got for four people was really kind of strange. It was a room within a room with one bathroom. The beds were large and nice. The pillows were very odd. There was hardly any walking around space or to get your luggage out of the way for four adult people. I’m sure it would be fine for a family with small children, but definitely not for two couples.

La vue sur le lac, le silence , les petites promenades possibles . Par contre beaucoup d’escaliers à monter dans l hôtel.

Cons:

La route d accès où nous avons rayé notre voiture . Cela devrait être indiqué dans votre brochure

En verano el hotel puede llegar a ser un horno
Pros:

Entorno idílico. 2 tablas de paddle surf para usar en el lago. Playa privada (césped y escaleras) con tumbonas y sombrillas

Cons:

La parte antigua del hotel NO está preparada para verano caluroso (32ºC por el día). Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado ni mosquiteras, solo un ventilador que mueve el aire recalentado de todo el día. Era un horno. Abrimos la ventana 5 minutos y entraron 4 mosquitos, por lo que tuvimos que volver a cerrar (aparato antimosquitos ineficaz). Ten cuidado si pretendes viajar en verano y llega a hacer mucho calor durante el día, por la noche no podrás dormir (nosotros sentíamos que nos faltaba el aire, fue muy angustiante).

Nos dolió porque el entorno era muy bonito, pero la segunda noche que teníamos pagada buscamos otro hotel y perdimos el dinero. Nos dijeron que por haber reservado a través de booking, no podían devolvernos nada.

Pros:

Готель розташований в чудовому місці, гарний вид на озеро і гори, біля озера зелений чистий газон що дуже зручно коли виходиш з озера, вода прохолодна і чиста, є шезлонги. Є власна безкоштовна парковка.

Cons:

В нас був двокімнатний номер на трьох, і мінус в тому що в ньому не було кондиціонера, а ми були на самому верху, і було враження що ми в сауні, ввечері спробували відкрити вікно і одразу в кімнаті десятки комарів, оскільки маскітні сітки були відсутні. В ціну готеля входив сніданок, який в порівнянні з іншими готелями був досить слабенький, я попросила зробити омлет попросили додаткову оплату.

Ich konnte das Frühstück nicht einnehmen, weil das erst am 08.00 Uhr möglich ist. Es gab dann eine Lunch-Tasche..

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und deshalb eine sehr hohe Temperatur. Der Preis wurde mit 188.90 bestätigt jedoch mit CHF 203.80 belastet

Pros:

The Sea hotel was what we needed, a tranquil, relaxing and one of kind experience. Nested next to the mountain with trails and pathways you can't resist, right on the Lucerne lake with astonishing views, swimming spots and tour possibilities, this hidden gem is a must visit place. My son enjoyed walking in the nature and being free to move around. The rooms were so clean, new and accommodating with a kitchen option for families. The Restorant belonging to the hotel offered amazing and new dishes we enjoyed with a lake views. Couple of good local restaurants within walking distance are an added benefit for convenience. Being nested in this location I would suggest getting a rent a car or a bike to get around and to make your experience worth the trip.
Would love to visit this place soon and would highly recommend for people who love to have a total relaxation.

Mits kleine aanpassingen kan het top worden

Cons:

Hele kleine kamer, zonder airco, geen vliegraam, dus konden raam niet open zetten(muggen)
Was aan de dure kant! Zaten heel boven, zolderkamer zonder lift, was toch een grote inspanning!

Schönster Ort am Vierwaldstättersee mit Blick auf den Pilatus!
Pros:

Ein wunderschöner und aussergewöhnlicher Ort! Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Chefin sowie die gesamten Mitarbeitenden sind einfach toll und familiär!!!
Perfekter mix aus wandern in den Bergen und erholen am Badestrand mit Stand up Paddel und immer der Blick auf den Pilatus.

Pros:

Quartier für nur eine Nacht auf dem Rückweg von Italien nach Deitschland. Entspannung pur.
Vom Empfang, den Check in, Bezug der Zimmer, Essenreservierung, Frühstück bis Check out - alles top.
Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage direkt am See, schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund.

Cons:

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt auf einer einspringen Straße direkt am/über dem See, vorn ein Verbotsschild ohne Hinweis "Für Hotelgäste erlaubt«. Wäre es möglich gewesen, hätte meine Frau auf Ümdrehen bestanden. War nicht möglich und so erreichten wir wohlbehalten und ohne Busse das Hotel - siehe oben

klein, aber fein und freundliche Gastgebe - schön , dass es so etwas noch gibt.
Pros:

Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, egal ob 1 Gast oder ein Dutzend Gäste es gibt eine wunderbare Auswertung. die Idee mit dem gemütlichen Kiosk ist ein guter Kompromiss um Abends trotz geschl. Restaurant noch gemütlich am See zu sitzen.

Cons:

Je nach Wetter können die Zimmer sehr warm oder eher kühl sein - aber der Balkon mit Seesicht macht alles wett.
