We wouldn’t come again
Pros:

The rooms are rather spacious, and comfortable enough.
Since the hotel is all inclusive, the mini fridge was filled with some beverages like cola and Fanta free of charge.
The design of the room is lovely, all the amenities really clean.
The area itself is rather pleasant, there is direct access to a nice beach which was not overcrowded in the beginning of October.
The beach beds were also mostly comfortable and instead of simple parasols, big tent-like stands are used which does create a bit of a luxury atmosphere, but they do not cover much when the sun is low.
However, about third of the beach beds, were very old wooden ones, which looked like they were rotten almost to the core.

The sea in front of the hotel is clean, but bear in mind that the depth increases rather quickly and after about 5-6 steps you will already find it being over two meters deep.

Cons:

First of all, I would say it’s the food. Even though it does look delicious on the pictures, and the amount is overwhelming, the taste and the quality is very plain and stale for the most part. Some sausages even tasted like they were really not good anymore.
Another example; the surimi did have a texture of resin and were almost devoid of any taste at all.
Since the next day they have been used also for the sushi- it tasted same bad.
I would recommend to stay with either simple food or Turkish meals, these ones they seem to be able to prepare rather well.
Also, the beverages were not very good for the most part.
The beer tasted like it was watered down to some merely beerlike taste.

Another problem was the staff. While the lower level employees were very friendly and helpful for the most part, the ones who considered themselves above them were often very arrogant and unfriendly. Especially the manager of the spa area and responsible for handing out the beach towels in one person.
First he tried to sell us some spa treatments and when we declined, he switched his attitude immediately to speaking only through clenched teeth, and when the next day we came to him to pick up beach towels about 15 minutes before the official time -09:00, he turned completely rude and showed us the door in a very rude manner, even though the towels have been laying ready near him at the same time.
In my opinion, it’s not what you should expect from allegedly a five stars hotel.

Finally, I would recommend to stay away from the first floor of the main building in case you want to book a Seaview room. Because even if you are charged for one you won’t see any sea, because there is an extensive pool area in front of you, which is covered with rather high trees and that’s the only thing you will see from your balcony, at least from the rooms we have seen from the outside and also from our own room. Second and third floor may be a better choice then.

We had a really good time!
Pros:

Friendly staff, lots of attractions for kids/ family, many pool options, good food, many shows, slides etc.

Cons:

Rooms needs renovation (overall hotel area is great), AC is old and was not functioning correctly

Този хотел е просто невероятен и престоят ни тук беше истинско удоволствие! Това е голям комплекс, който е разделен на много кокетни къщички, а цялата му територия прилича на огромен, зелен парк, в който е истинско удоволствие да се разхождаш. Хотелът е разположен на първа линия до морето – едно наистина райско място! Още от пристигането ни направи впечатление удобството във всяко едно отношение. Чистотата е на най-високо ниво – навсякъде е отлично поддържано и свежо. Стаите се почистват всеки божи ден, а кърпите и спалното бельо се сменят ежедневно.В основния ресторант е изключително чисто, а персоналът е невероятно любезен и усмихнат. Направи ни страхотно впечатление, че след всеки гост масата веднага се почиства старателно и се слага напълно нова, чиста покривка. Като цяло служителите в целия комплекс са изключително приятелски настроени, винаги позитивни и готови да съдействат с лекота. Храната е в изобилие, много вкусна и разнообразна, като има многобройни барове на разположение по всяко време.Забавленията също са на топ ниво – през деня се организират най-различни дейности, а всяка вечер има различна и много интересна шоу програма. Като огромен плюс мога да посоча чудесния зоопарк и страхотния аквапарк на територията на комплекса, който разполага с отделна зона за деца и отделни пързалки за големи. Препоръчвам с две ръце, със сигурност бихме се върнали отново!

Cons:

Единственият малък минус е, че плажът има малки камъчета и не е изцяло с пясък, но ако не сте много капризни, се преживява напълно.

La fête foraine est ouverte de 16:30 à 18:30 c’est trop tôt contrairement aux autres hôtels en pleine chaleur impossible d’y aller
