la localisation est parfaite et pour le prix la chambre est correcte! le personnel est souriant et sympathique

El trato de los trabajadores y la ubicación, esta a 1 minuto de spezia centrale

Accueil sympa, bâtiment bien entretenu /peinture des murs, emplacement parfait, chambre ensoleillée, fenêtre isolante mais chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment donc pas vraiment bruyante, j'ai pu laisser ma fenêtre ouverte

Ça ne m'a pas dérangée, je le savais, mais chambre au 3e étage sans ascenseur
Salle de bain partagée : rideau de douche fatigué, eau de la douche qui met beaucoup de temps à devenir chaude, peu de pression, il faut juste un peu de patience...

Esperienza molto negativa e comunicazione poco chiara.

Nella prenotazione risultava il check-in disponibile dalle 00:00 alle 24:00. Prima dell’arrivo abbiamo anche chiamato la struttura per confermare l’orario del check-in a mezzanotte e ci è stato detto che potevamo presentarci senza problemi, semplicemente suonando alla porta.

Arrivati sul posto, però, ci è stato comunicato che il check-in era possibile solo dalle 12:00, in contrasto con quanto indicato e con quanto ci era stato confermato telefonicamente. Di fatto siamo rimasti fuori al freddo senza assistenza o soluzioni immediate.

Esperienza molto spiacevole dovuta a informazioni contraddittorie e gestione poco chiara della prenotazione.

L'emplacement de l'établissement était idéal: proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme et à 2 minutes de la gare ! Parfait pour bouger! Les lits étaient plutôt confortables.
