La ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes, aunque el lugar no es lindo. Las toallas y sábanas muy blancas. El personal me ayudó subiendo las valijas al primer piso.

Cons:

La habitacion no tiene nada de mantenimiento. La persiana estaba rota. El baño muy viejo y enmohecido con una cortina que necesitaba ser reemplaza. EL cuarto olía a humedad o a comida y la ventana no tenia cortinas para dejar que entrara luz sin que te vieran los de enfrente. No había ni un vaso en el baño.

La struttura gode di un ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e a 2 minuti dal centro

Cons:

La camera di presentava fatiscente con persiane e tende rotte. La pulizia era scarsa e sugli effetti letterecci ed asciugamani vi erano dei capelli. L'interno della camera era piena di polvere e il piatto doccia era sporco .

Okay, for one night. But just one.
Pros:

The location is obviously the number one reason you should stay here. It's one minute from the train station. Also, the room was big and I should say clean too.

Cons:

On the opposite, the shared bathroom was disgusting. Probably the worst I have ever seen, and trust me I have stayed in tens of hotels/hostels around the world.
Also, the room doesn't have AC, the bed is not comfortable, and there's noise from the street below. But, man... This bathroom was by far the worst thing. So it's a 5/10 if you are solo and want just to stay for one night to visit Cirque Terre.

Pros:

Posizione molto buona, ideale per visitare le 5 terre poiché è vicino alla stazione. Nei dintorni sono presenti vari bar e locali e il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi in pochissimo tempo

Cons:

Spazi interni datati e non sufficientemente puliti. Inoltre il lato che affaccia sulla strada è rumoroso anche con la finestra chiusa.

Delusione totale
Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mio figlio doveva passare 5 notte in albergo e al momento del chek-in non lo hanno acetato perché era da solo e doveva compiere 18 anni dopo 3 mesi. Alla reception gli è stato detto che dovrebbe pagare giustamente una notte comunque ma dopo 8 giorni lavorativi anche dopo aver scritto alla struttura spiegando le cose non ho ottenuto alcuna risposta.
Delusione totale.

Buongiorno, sono rimasto davvero molto deluso dal soggiorno presso la vostra struttura.

Ho pagato 150 € per tre giorni, ma la camera che mi è stata assegnata era molto piccola, sporca e completamente diversa dalle foto che avevo visto al momento della prenotazione. Il lavandino era rotto, i muri erano in pessime condizioni e anche il bagno era davvero deludente.

Ho foto e video che documentano chiaramente le condizioni della camera.

Inoltre, non ho capito l’addebito di 7,50 € indicato come tassa e vorrei sapere a cosa si riferisce.

Per queste ragioni, considerando quanto ho pagato e il servizio che ho ricevuto, mi aspetto un rimborso almeno parziale.

La ubicación. Frente a la estación central, a 50 mts, y a 100 mts del comienzo de la peatonal

Cons:

Un hotel modesto, baño antiguo pero cumplía la función. Pero a pesar de eso, limpio, ropa de cama y baño limpia y en buenas condiciones
