Good location for getting to Cinque Terre
Went in my room when I was out to turn off the fan, didn't lock the door when they left. Ants in the bed.
Location is unbeatable, right out from the train station. My room was actually fine, with a big and clean bed, on the fifth floor and a great view. The hotel is affordable (considering prices in La Spezia) and the crew is very nice
The fan did not work but I had two windows and could sleep fine. The toilet was not the best I have seen but usable. The hotel could use some renovation

Rude owner! Unless I booked through booking when my nephew arrived the owner starts to argue with him and ask frlor the proves of the payment.

Pretty simple hotel in a very good location, less than a minute walk from the station and just a few minutes to the store. Everything was more or less okay, was expecting it to be worse than it was based on the reviews.
Maybe a price is a bit too high for such a simple accommodation, however, it's understandable as I was visiting in the middle of high-season. There could be more shelves/hangers in the bathroom to put your stuff. Lastly, saw a big bug in the morning (however, can't confirm if he was a resident of the hotel or just a visitor from my constantly open window).
Hotel staff is friendly. The location is super.
For starters, the bathroom we're disgusting, completely disgusting, they didn't clean them at all. There were hair stuck on the walls, mold everywhere and the shower curtain were almost orange from all the dirt. The bed was stained with something that looked like blood and under the beds was disgusting!.
The location is the only thing that can be liked if property was managed and maintained.
Everything except location. Poorly managed property with poor management. Like a ghost hotel in a great location. Not fit for the purpose with poor layout of room beds, no Air conditioning, dated toilet and most importantly bad customer service with no consideration of customer boundary's which they paid for.
