最高
Pros:

見晴らしもよく、清潔感のあるホテルでスタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

高齢の母の足があまり丈夫ではなく、駐車場や朝食会場、お風呂へ行く際にすべてエレベーターを使えると更にいいと思いました。かろうじて、階段の段差が低めに作られていたのでなんとか歩いて行くことができました。

2008年7月の北海道洞爺湖サミット（第34回主要国首脳会議）の雰囲気を少し感じたいと思って選んだ宿泊。
Pros:

ロケーション、設備、部屋、アメニティ　すべて一流でした。

Cons:

老人なので少量しか食べられないため、夕食は館内のレストランでアラカルト注文にしようと思ったが、洞爺湖サミットのディナーを期待して朝・夕食付プランにしました。
料金の割にはもっと期待していたが期待値に届かなかった。

海側 見晴らしは良かったですが、上から見て中段の庭に
雑草が茂っていたのが、少し残念でした。草刈りした方が良いと思います。

機会があれば、又、利用したいと思います。
Pros:

夕食時の従業員様の対応がとても良かったです。
料理の出すタイミングも良かったです。

Pros:

Simply amazing

This is such an amazing place. People kept telling me that I had to go to the cable car and the viewpoints around Lake Toya, but honestly, I think that’s a waste of time. Just stay at the hotel and enjoy it.

The views from the Windsor are absolutely incredible, and the hotel itself is such a beautiful and relaxing place. There is something special about simply sitting back, enjoying the view and taking in the surroundings.

For me, the hotel was the destination — not just a place to stay while visiting Lake Toya. I would happily come back just to spend more time here.

豪華なロビーでゆっくり景色を見ながら読書するのは最高
Pros:

共用部の構造は豪華さがすごい　
ロビーからのそのと景色が綺麗で、ソファもいっぱいあるので読書すると気持ちがいい
スタッフさんが多くて、気を遣ってくれる
以前も泊まったことがあるが、その時よりホスピタリティは上がった気がする

庶民でも手が届く贅沢になったと思います。
Pros:

ロケーション及び建物の設備、調度品、飾られた花などとても美しく特別感のある施設です。

Cons:

人手不足によるものだと思いますが、サービスの低下は否めません。16年ぶり3度目の利用ですが、ちょっと残念ことが多々ありました。でも、ここのホテルにも限らず、伊勢志摩ホテルなど、著名なホテルでも同じことが言えると思います。

また、ブッキング.comで予約したら、日本語の私の名前が中国語の読み仮名に変換されて、当日予約が取れていないと言われました。これは大変なショックです。

ブッキング.comのシステムのせいで、ホテルも私も大変迷惑しました。予約時点でも、ブッキング.comとホテルでの子供と定義される年齢が違い、一度予約を全部取り消して再度予約をしなければいけない事態になりました。そのおかげでだいぶ高くなってしまいました。

Simply disappointing
Pros:

The location and the view were amazing.

Cons:

The property is not in good shape in many areas. It is not well managed either. Long lines to wait for a breakfast table at any hour. Staff polite but not very competent not being able to even solve requests like a spoon for breakfast. Not at all a luxury experience.
