Cons:

Lo podemos considerar un desafortunado incidente, pero pedí un chocolate caliente y tenía una mosca dentro. El edificio es clásico, con moquetas y la cama de matrimonio era pequeña y dura.

Sehr angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel in schöner Lage nahe dem See. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück war überteuert und nicht so toll. Es gab einen hohen Schornstein hinter dem Hotel (Heizzentrale?), aus dem den ganzen Tag stinkender Holzrauch ausströmte und in Richtung der Zimmer geweht wurde , so dass es nicht möglich war zu lüften.

O experiență impecabilă! Personal amabil și atmosferă primitoare.
Pros:

Am avut o experiență neașteptat de plăcută și relaxantă aici, alături de familie. Totul este modern, extrem de curat și dominat de o liniște deplină, perfectă pentru odihnă.
Un mare plus pentru personalul hotelului, care este de o amabilitate rară; am călătorit cu un copilaș mic, iar la restaurant au făcut absolut tot posibilul ca noi să ne simțim cât mai confortabil, lucru pe care îl apreciem enorm ca părinți. De asemenea, atenția la detalii ne-a cucerit – am găsit în cameră chiar și snack-uri pentru filme din partea casei. Recomandăm acest loc!

Pros:

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Both the adults and the children loved the rooms. The amazing glass elevator with a view of the mountains impressed even me.

The restaurant deserves special mention: beautiful interior design and very tasty food at reasonable prices.

I do have one question for the hotel staff. We stayed in room 307 on June 9. Could you please tell me the model or brand of the mattress? I would love to buy the same one because I haven't slept this well in a long time.

Cons:

Everything was perfect — I honestly don’t know what could be improved. The only small suggestion would be to mention more clearly that the chips and bottled water provided in the room are complimentary. Our friends were not sure about that at first.

מלון מטופח ונקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, צמוד לאגם האדום ובמרחק 8 דקות נסיעה מקניון ביאז, חניה חינם צמודה. חדר נעים, מבריק, מים חמים, אופציה להכנת קפה, יש כספת, מאובזר היטב. ארוחת בוקר טובה, בופה תמורת 50 ליי. למלון יש מסעדה, אכלנו בה צהריים - האוכל מעולה. הצוות לבבי ושירותי מאוד. אין מזגן ולא היה צורך. מומלץ ביותר.

Good staff, clean and peaceful place!
Pros:

Very comfy, very quite, they upgraded my room for free, the receptionist was very kind to my partner health issues so they gave us a room at the first floor witch helped. Good hotel if you are coming for an overnight/evening event at the restaurant.

Хороший и чистый отель в самом туристическом месте. Удобное местоположение, есть парковка, персонал приветливый.
В номере есть все необходимое для проживания и прекрасный вид из окна на горы.

Cons:

Рядом есть ресторан, в праздничные или выходные дни там может быть шумно.
Мы попали на время празднования свадьбы, поэтому в номер было слышно музыку и шум гостей.
И ещё после прогулки на машине по местности, мы вечером вернулись и вся парковка отеля была занята машинами гостей
