Nothing the hotel is shambolic unclean and rude staff

After arriving with No parking near the hotel I was meet by drug addicts and alcoholics lying outside the hotel , The hotel is used by half way people DHSS and people with No residential status I do stop in a lot of hotels with work and weekends away with booking.com , Reception look unclean so i asked to see the room well I think prison was was more cleaner and quieter wire hanging down from the TV totally unclean 40 year old décor ask for my money back NO chance staff were rude lying saying I was a NO show hotel staff said well this is a budget hotel i don't call £61.50 as a budget hotel when premium inn was £85 my own mistake PLEASE (IM NOT POSH BUT PLEASE PLACE IS THE PITS ) I have now informed trading standards and environmental health to look at the property PLEASE I DONT USALLY COMPLAIN BUT IM JUST LETTING ANOTHER PEOPLE NOW PAY £20 MORE ANY ENJOY

I was given a room on the ground floor by the road, too noisy.
It was a hot day and the rooms has no air conditioning. I was given two fans but it wasn’t working well. I couldn’t sleep due to the heat.

Friendly staff, but sadly the MATTRESS let us down!

The MATTRESS!!!!
In the Hotel trade, the number 1 area of importance is the Bed and the MATTRESS!

The fact that we could not sleep because of the poor worn out MATTRESS meant our experience was very negative and a one we want to forget ASAP!

Please please please invest in good quality or even decent quality bed/mattress!

I've stayed three times at this small lovely budget hotel.
Farhana and aleynia are exceptionally nice staff members.
I'm not really into social media, complaints, or reviews.

Cons:

If I was being extremely picky this time I had no coffee sachets in the room but as I always carry my own not a problem and I would have gone to reception had I not.

Disapoining
Pros:

We liked thw hotela proxsimity to the national soace center
and was the only reason we chose to book that hotel

Cons:

The room was tiney in the bathroom there wasnt evwn enough room to put your wash bag .
The bed was uncomfortable ( yoy could feal the springs)
and the fan didnt work efectivly
It got so hot during the night that at 3 am we gave up and went and sat out in our car for a couple of hours
We wont be booking another stay at that hotel
