Im really terrified because when we reach there we were trying to contact them. Later they told that it's been cancelled because we didn't arrive there. But in my booking it's says check in is at 1500. And we asked any early check in but they didn't give reply for that and they cancelled the booking by themselves. I have all the conversations as my proof.. I lost my time and my money. I booked another accomodations at premier in which is cost me a double. I don't know how to explain..
As I mentioned above. At least they should have the courtesy to talk to us and cancell. Even they would have message us whether there is any availability for early check in.rather than they do it bythemselves. What they thinks the customers doesn't have any right here in uk??are they really providing any good service to the customers. I can see a lot of bad experiences from other customers about this hotel..what do I need to get my money back..I have all the proof
That I could lock the door behind us once in our room.
Cleanliness of the whole place wasn’t nice. The carpet on the stairs was loose and falling off them. The Saturday a guest arrived to stay in room 6, and was being sick all afternoon. Was very loud while being sick, and he was sick all over one of the bathrooms so we couldn’t use it. It was all down the front of the toilet and in the shower. Lack of toilet roll. Front door is hard to shut behind you when you leave your go out. The guest in room 6 had his tv on so loud till early hours on the morning too.
When we got there I rang the guy as no key code to get in. He hung up and messaged me to say message only. He asked for ID which there was no previous mention and cos I didn't have any he refused to let us in. He wouldn't refund us either so £80 scammed off me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The whole place was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms filthy, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Carpet coming away from the stairs. Only 2 plus in the room worked. Floors filthy. Bed where comfy with clean bedding and towels, which was the only good thing abou the whole stay.

Beliggenheden var fin.
Man får nøglerne i en nøgleboks, men vi havde ikke fået en kode. Vi valgte at ringe til dem, men der blev lagt på, og så skrev de "?" i en SMS til mig. Derefter gad de ikke svare mig mere. Der var heldigvis en boks der var låst op, og det eneste personale var en forvirret rengøringsdame. Toiletterne var smalle og ikke interiøret var helt ødelagt.

The rooms were really nice, clean and the instructions from the owner were clear and precise
The showers were cold and stayed cold bo matter how long we'd run it, or try jiggle the buttons

When we arrived we found a room with 3 beds, despite it having been specified with photos and communications that it was 4. So one less bed
We necessarily had to leave and change the structure. It was dirty with a strong toilet odour.

The fact that owner doesn't rent rooms out anymore due to break in issues but is still advertising and charging people.ie me.
