The building was absolutely gorgeous and the owners and staff were very helpful and very friendly. There were great small personal touches like bottles of water available in reception for guests to take because of the heat. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back again!

A well positioned property within easy reach of the promenade and also shops - and Llandudno's West Beach. Having a car park is a bonus.

Although there was a fan provided in the room it was too hot to sleep - but as we stayed during one of the heatwaves that could not be helped as even with the window open there was no air coming in. Nothing our hosts could have done to help!
Lovely hotel, location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the town centre and beach, and close to the tram station.

The room was extremely clean. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and all the staff were so friendly.
Being 6ft 2, the bed was a bit on the small side as my feet were sticking out.

The location, friendly staff and large car park.
Unfortunately, even though we were in a large superior room on the top floor we were disturbed by the neighbours using their bathroom which generated a lot of fan noise throughout the night. It must be an issue as there was a sign in our bathroom saying for the lights to be turned off immediately after use so that the fan didn’t disturb the neighbours. I am however, a light sleeper.

Great location, easy location to walk around to the waterfront and all of the highlights. We liked that we were close driving distance for hiking at Snowdon. The house is very nice and well kept, Dan and Wei are wonderful hosts. They had great breakfast options and the food was very good. We loved sitting out on the front patio in the evening enjoying the wonderful location with a glass of wine.
We loved everything! We had amazing warm weather during our stay, and would have used A/C if it was available, but it was very comfortable to leave the window open and have the fan blowing on us.

A minor issue but the stairs were quite steep and the stair treads quite small.
