The Continental breakfast was very disappointing...small individual fruit dishes covered in cling film...croissant still in wrapping no cheese or cold meats just individual boxes of cereals and pouring juice no choice of breads on the continental bar..
A modern hotel offering guests excellent facilities (including parking), cleanliness of the highest standards, plenty of nice touches which along with the friendly and welcoming staff made it an exceptional stay. Also the location was excellent as were the breakfasts.

Likes the effort made to personalise the property but not as an excuse for quality and cost. I loved the room size and the friendliness of the owners. Also lovely lounge space.
I only stayed one night and would have used the evening bar area but it was very quiet and not open. I guess it's difficult to staff it cost effectively and I was alone on a business trip while most guests were couples and were happy in their rooms.

The building was absolutely gorgeous and the owners and staff were very helpful and very friendly. There were great small personal touches like bottles of water available in reception for guests to take because of the heat. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back again!

A well positioned property within easy reach of the promenade and also shops - and Llandudno's West Beach. Having a car park is a bonus.

Although there was a fan provided in the room it was too hot to sleep - but as we stayed during one of the heatwaves that could not be helped as even with the window open there was no air coming in. Nothing our hosts could have done to help!

Lovely hotel, location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the town centre and beach, and close to the tram station.
Major plus being the large private car park.
The room was extremely clean. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and all the staff were so friendly.
Being 6ft 2, the bed was a bit on the small side as my feet were sticking out.
