This hotel is a gem. Its small, personal and so well kept. The staff looked after us so well and genuinely care. Breakfast was exceptional too. it was a genuine pleasure to stay there
nothing, its not 4.9 on tripadvisor for no reason, these owners really care. theres no lift so expect stairs but thats no issue for me

Riesiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes und äusserst komfortables Zimmer. Viele Spiegel, genügend Steckdosen, auch neben dem Bett. Sofa, Ablageflächen, Kekse: Es wurde an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt bequem zu gestalten.
Auch der Rest vom Hotel ist elegant und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Frühstück wird nur während einer Stunde serviert, was zur Folge hat, dass die Gäste sich überpünktlich und gleichzeitig einfinden, so dass es längere Wartezeiten gibt. Ansonsten war das Frühstück tadellos.

Loved the location, which was close and central to Llandudno. The room was very comfortable, clean and airy. Every night, I got a great nights sleep. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. I felt very welcomed and that all my needs were taken care off. The on-site parking was a great bonus.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. Excellent location and good that it had a carpark. Our bedroom was room 15, which was very large with a sofa, tv and small fridge ,which was useful in the hot weather. Bed comfortable and breakfast was good.
