Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back

Excellent location and great accessibility
Pros:

Lift brilliant for aged mother and her room was very accessible
Car park good and big enough for no of guests
Just across from the beach and very central

Cons:

Seagulls took some getting used to!!

Loved llandudno but would stay somewhere different another time
Pros:

The breakfast was cooked to order was nice and hot but very basic, the room was spotlessly clean and though the window was tiny I had a lovely sea view

Cons:

No WiFi, no aircon and when I asked they didn’t have any fans, the weather was excohot which made the room stuffy and the window only opened a couple of inches so not much fresh air either

We really enjoyed are overnight stay. Room was clean and beds were really comfortable. Slept well.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely my compliments to the chef. Serve was quick and plenty of food . Staff were great.

Cons:

A room on lower floor as I found it hard to navigate the staircase from lift to room with luggage and more wall sockets or extention maybe x

A good hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

We only stayed one night as we were visiting LLandudno for a function. Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The breakfast was very good. Cereal and toast were unlimited. The cooked breakfast was very well presented and tasted freshly cooked. The location was absolutely perfect, on the sea front and only a few yards from the main shopping centre and Victorian shopping street. The barman kept the bar open for us so we could watch the football match on the bar TV. This was very accommodating. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to use one of the Hotel's parking spaces which, at £6, seemed very reasonable.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and the view wasn't great but we knew this when we booked so no complaints at all.
