the room hadn't been cleaned properly - it felt quite musty and there was sugar on the table etc. which was unfortunate!

it was an enjoyable stay which we shared with friends who were staying in the same hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

there were a few things missing e.g mugs for drinking water and toothbrushes. also no tea towel for drying cups after washing them, We went to the nearest shop to buy mugs and a tea towel.

What a gem ...
Pros:

Location fantastic, not too far from pier and shops. If you are able to have a sea view, do it, amazing not forgetting the Ormes and the Pier. We enjoy watching the seabirds and vessel tracking too, take binoculars! Staff very friendly and approachable. Food lovely and evening meals very tasty and reasonably priced.Room lovely and clean, bed comfy great night's sleep!!
Already booked our return visit for next year.
Plenty going on in Llandudno itself too.... shops, places to eat, pubs.

PERFECT HOTEL WITH A WARM WELCOME
Pros:

Everything! From the minute we arrived at this lovely hotel,we felt welcome and looked after.ALLthe staff were friendly and so helpful and our rooms were bright,clean,comfortable and spacious. ROBERT even helped us in with our luggage ( lovely man!) Leanne was a smiling happy face every morning, and Stephen even lit mums birthday candles and surprised her by singing "Happy Birthday " with the cake in the foyer! What a wonderful, Happy team they are working here.We couldn't have asked for better! Thankyou so much for making our stay perfect 👌

Location and parking. Also staff were all very helpful until it came to asking them to post back something we left behind,

Cons:

Shower was awful, no pressure, also no where to dry wet towels. We were in Room 15 which when checking in someone should have explained was a Fire Exit route, and in the event of the fire alarm going off all other guest evacuating from this floor would be able to use a fire Key to open our locked bedroom door and then come through our room to access the fire escape.
