Incredible stay from an amazing family run hotel.
Pros:

What an incredible stay. We had such a good time. Erika and here family are so kind and makes sure that we had a great stay. We are already planning to come back to Hotel Erika and recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was great, the rooms, the hospitality. 10/10 for everything.

Een heerlijk verblijf met fantastisch personeel
Pros:

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen vlakbij het oude centrum van Malcesine, en op loopafstand van de kabelbaan. De eigenares Erika schoot ons gelijk te hulp bij de bagage en de parkeergarage toen wij aankwamen. Het personeel is werkelijk zeer vriendelijk en biedt uitstekende hulp. We kregen twee restaurants aangewezen die werkelijk uitstekend waren. Het ontbijt bevat echt alles wat je maar kunt wensen. Er is keuzemogelijkheid genoeg. En de bediening is super. Verder is de hygiëne uitstekend en dat vinden wij zeer belangrijk. Echt een hotel dat wij aan zouden bevelen.

Wij hebben niks op dit hotel aan te merken.

My wife and I felt at home. Erika was very kind and genuine. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The property is a small hotel located in a quiet area in Malcescine not far from anything. Breakfast each morning was great. Erika the owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Beautiful place and beautiful location but the hospitality from the family that runs it was the best part.
Pros:

This property was in the perfect location. Just out of the main walking paths so that you are not disturbed while you’re sleeping but still only a half a block from everything the cute little town has to offer. Also, the AC was a huge plus after a day out in the August heat.

Cons:

Only that I didn’t spend more time there.

Super schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und perfekter Lage.

Das Hotel Erika ist sehr zentral. Die Damen sind super lieb und erfüllen alle Wünsche.
Auch das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

I had a great stay here. The location is awesome, close to the city, a few minutes down to the harbor. Combined with the secure underground parking I can especially recommend this hotel for Motorcyclists. Another great point is the breakfast, haven’t had such a good breakfast in Italy since quite some time.
A definitive recommendation.

Pros:

Fantasztikus nyaralást töltöttünk a Hotelben. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a ház nagyon szép és otthonos. Erika és a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A város a legjobb választás volt a tó körül. A reggeli is minden igényt kielégített. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
