Super Hotel, super Lage, super Gastgeberin.
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin, Erica Bertamini, war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie machte uns auch verschiedene Programmvorschläge. Wir fühlten uns in jeder Hinsicht bestens betreut.

This hotel is hard to beat, we will definitely be booking again!
Pros:

The host could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast was beautifully presented with an extensive choice of freshly prepared options. Our room was clean, spacious and airy with a lovely balcony. The location was ideal, being a short stroll to any of the lakeside promenade, boats across the lake, the pedestrian cobbled streets of the old town or the chairlift to the mountain top.

Cons:

In my opinion, there was nothing that could have been improved upon.

Glückstreffer für unseren Trip an den Gsrdasee!
Pros:

Super Lage zur Innenstadt, total nette Familie, schöne, saubere Zimmer mit Balkon, Frühstück legendär und es war ein Parkplatz vorhanden! Wir kommen wieder!!

Ruhige, zentrale Lage sauberes, freundliches Haus. Tolles Frühstück.
Pros:

Ein sehr sauberes Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen mit sehr nette Personal. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und sehr schön arrangiert.

Cons:

Die Betten sind schon sehr hart.

Hotel gestito da una famiglia eccezionale, comfort totale , posizione perfetta per visitare e colazione davvero superlativa con anche prodotti (torte, biscotti etc..) fatti da loro.

Das Hotel Erika ist ein gemütliches, familiengeführtes Hotel in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage in Malcesine. Sehr sympatische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberfamilie. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das wunderbare Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig: guter Caffe, leckere, selbstgemachte Brioche und Kuchen, frisch gepresste Säfte und Obst, Käse, super Auswahl an verschiedenen Marmeladen. Einfach mega lecker. Die Zimmer grosszügig mit sehr bequemen Betten und schönem Badezimmer. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
