We loved our stay, the room was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming.
Pros:

Fantastic location, view and direct access to the lake, reception staff excellent, parking close by. The hotel offered as part of our stay an excellent Italian diner.

Cons:

Bed is accessible only on one side since it’s against a wall and has a large frame, restaurant staff barely speak English, breakfast started a bit late for us.

Esperienza davvero bellissima all’Hotel Venezia sul Lago di Garda! La posizione è meravigliosa, perfetta per godersi il lago e i dintorni. L’hotel è molto pulito, curato e accogliente.

Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff: tutti gentilissimi, disponibili e davvero carini, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Assolutamente consigliato! ❤️

Toppen boende på familjeägt hotell.
Pros:

Perfekt läge i stan och vid sjön. Fantastiskt utsikt och härligt bad vid hotellet. Väldigt personligt och familjärt. Personalen jättebra och hjälpsamma.

Top Lage mit direktem Zugang zum See. Super tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber.

Rundum schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, Lachs, Käse, unterschiedliche Brötchen oder Brot, besonders super war der Entsafter, mit dem man sich einen frischen Saft zusammen mischen konnte.
Die Lage am See ist traumhaft schön. Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden und nachmittags gibt es immer als Service Tee und Kuchen. Das Personal war immer freundlich.
Es war ein gelungener Urlaub

Pros:

It was our third stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back. Location is wonderful, close to the old town, cafes and restaurants. In the morning you can start your day from a swim in Garda lake. The staff is very friendly, breakfast delicious, rooms spaciuos.

Top Lage. Direkt am See.
Außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Lässt keinen Wunsch offen.
Ausreichend Liegestühle auf der Terrasse vorhanden.
Einfach rundherum super.

Exactly what we had hoped for in a Hotel Stay.
Pros:

perfect location just far enough from the hustle but 3 minutes to the center The view from the room was spectacular.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike the staff were great the breakfast was amazing in prep and choice.

Krásné a klidné místo, velmi milý, ochotný a stále usměvavý personál. Děkujeme💐
Pros:

Nádherný výhled na jezero, který asi nikdy neomrzí. Snídaně byla super. Bylo vše důležité a na výběr ještě omeleta s výběrem ingrediencí. Možnost večerního posezení přímo u jezera a zakoupení nápojů. Možnost dobíjení vozu. Možnost zaparkovat před hotelem a vyložit si a následné parkování v prostorné garáži kousíček od hotelu. Paní nás odvedla na pokoj, šla s námi k nabíječce, potom do garáže a pořád se na nás usmívala. A když je milý personál, už nehledáte chyby.

Cons:

Jediná drobnost, spíše námět pro ještě lepší služby. Na pokoji bych očekával větší výběr kosmetiky (šampon na vlasy, tělové mléko, kondicionér atd.). Byl pouze sprchový gel a gel na ruce u umyvadla. Pokud přiletíte pouze s příručním zavazadlem, musíte si vše dokoupit.
