Really lovely hotel and beautifully cooked Sunday roast!
Staff were lovely. Nice food and drinks. Is better to book on line for price -i.e. booking.com. Significant difference, however in person includes breakfast, which on line does not.
A computer station for guests would be helpful. Left my IPAD in my relatives car. Had to get reception to email for me.
Staff were all very friendly, especially the lads who worked on the bar, really nice lads.
It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The room was so hot it was ridiculous. I asked a member of staff if this was just my room and he said no, the whole hotel is like a greenhouse.

Nuestra habitación era bonita y espaciosa. Sin embargo para el precio que pagamos, se me antoja poco una ventana pequeña y en la planta baja, de cara a un paso peatonal. Poca luz y poco disfrute de los maravillosos exteriores que el hotel tiene. Por el importe de la habitación esperaba más.
No me gustó que a través de Booking reservé solo alojamiento, y al abonar, la recepcionista me plantó el datáfono delante habiendo sumado 3 desayunos (60GBP) al importe de mi reserva, sin preguntarme si los quería. Si no me paro a pensar en ese momento y reviso el precio que había contratado vía Booking, pago sin saber un servicio que no había pedido y en principio no quería. Me pareció una fea falta de transparencia.
Finalmente pagué al cabo de un rato y por razones que no importan sí cogí el desayuno. Y he de decir que es muy bueno, pero solo y exclusivamente para quien disfrute un desayuno británico típico, ya que fuera de ellos no tiene mucha más variedad.
