Terrible experience – Avoid for families!

We booked 3 rooms for a family stay (6 adults and 3 kids) from July 3rd to July 4th, and it was a terrible experience. This property is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but in reality, it isn't even worth a 1-star rating.
> The rooms were completely uncleaned when we checked in. There was literally waste left inside the toilets and the garbage in the dustbins hadn't been emptied. To make matters worse, the bedsheets and comforters were stained and clearly looked used. On top of the terrible hygiene, there were continuous power failures inside the rooms where the kids were staying, making it extremely uncomfortable for them late at night. When we brought these issues to the staff, they were completely uncooperative and unhelpful. Definitely not recommended for families.
