Pros:

La signora fa sentire gli ospiti immediatamente a loro agio e vede l'hotel come una sua creatura.

Cons:

in bagno mancanza di asciugacapelli a parete e sostegno per carta igienica da sistemare. In camera avvolgibile bloccato in posizione aperta.
La signora ha spiegato di aver avuto una buna affluenza di ospiti e che non c'è stato il tempo materiale per la manutenzione. L'asciugacapelli era stato portato via da ospiti precedenti rimuovendo le viti che lo fissavano. Era comunque a disposizione uno portatile che però non ci ha dato.
